Extremely helpful staff in making decision as to what to buy and then great back up service sorting out installing issues afterwards

I want to give a big thanks to the shop manager Olivia and Paul at the Cambridge shop.

I have purchased a Samsung OLED TV but it is faulty out of factory. Unfortunately the model is discontinued. Although finally I have to return the TV, this is indeed a very positive experience - Olivia and Paul are very professional, fair and helpful in resolving my issue in the whole process, making my whole family their happy customer.

No wonder why Richer Sounds has such a great reputation. Highly recommended!

I was interested in buying the SP3000T A&K portable player put wanted to hear it first to check it really was a significant improvement on the SP 2000t. Tom was extremely flexible in trying to meet my needs and arrange for the player to be sent to me so I could try it at home. Delighted with the player,

All the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was really useful to try the equipment in the shop before buying and returning one item which I decided not to keep was very easy. They were very keen to make the process as customer friendly as possible. I would highly recommend Richer Sounds Cambridge!

We had a dedicated hour in the sound room and Tom was extremely helpful talking me through options. He set up the system that I had been looking at and made suggestions.
Although those suggestions were more expensive 😅 the system was so much better and I love it.
After the initial quote I rang and Tom gave me further options and advice for wiring. The payment app was rubbish but the advisors sent a BACCs for payment and as soon as that was seen in the accounts they rang me to confirm it had been received. Couldn't recommend them more 😍

Easy to use website and order arrived as promised on time.

Ordered tv via a friendly telephone call. All was simple to do which included ordering an empty box to place the old tv in. Timescales was to my requirements. After receiving new tv it was simply a case of following instructions to set it up. All worked well. Only problem nowadays is the there is no manual, not Richer Sounds fault, it’s all on the tv. With Richer Sounds you get a 6 year guarantee which could be useful but hope it’s not required.

I recently purchased a 55inch 0LED LG TV. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me decide on this model . Great customer service .im very happy with my choice .

Bought new TV and soundbar from Cambridge store. Purchased 4pm yesterday, professionally delivered 9am this morning. Excellent knowledge from Tom in the store, took time with us even though very busy. True customer service.
