Cancelled blu ray for subwoofer
Cancelled my panasonic bluray player to grab a svs pb 1000 pro instead ( found i cud buy rhe attachment for the ps5 digital sp didnt need it ) absolutely no hassle what so ever... Chris sorted it out without any issues n the sub arrived today... 10/10 for performance 10/10 for speed of delivery ( ordered on sunday with a bank holiday on the Monday n it arrived early Tuesday. Cant fault em at all

Knowledgeable Helpful Staff
Went to shop - spoke to Craig at Chester who was helpful and knowledgeable. Listened to my criteria for a tv and we sorted one swiftly. Not pushy just genuinely helpful which was great. Sorted delivery day and courier to suit. Straightforward and good shpping experience, especially as I don't enjoy doing techy stuff !!

Fabulous Service over the years we've bought various electrical items from Richer Sounds in Chester and every time they deliver a first class experience. I had prebooked the demonstration room to test out 2 amp and CD systems in a side by side comparison. We were assisted by Ewan, who made the event very interesting and informative, helping us to come to the best decision before making the purchase.

Great service from Richer Sounds
Great service from Richer Sounds. Love my new turntable with desktop speakers and amplifier. Very reasonably priced for a decent quality bit of kit. Delivery was quick aswell, with no problems. I was kept upto date right from the beginning. Will definitely be ordering from them online again when the time comes.

I wanted to get into vinyl, and I was so unsure of who to buy my first turntable from. My parents introduced me to richer sounds, and I am so grateful they did, as the turntable and speakers I bought are incredible. Feels like im hearing it live- actually incredible.
