Richer Sounds - Distribution Reviews

Delivery service was prompt and arrived in the expected window with good communication from the delivery crew about when they were arriving.

Zak and Ian were really helpful and considerate, calling to let me know when they'd arrive and then helping to carry the TV through to the room we were installing it to.

Excellent communication re order and delivery. Gareth and Mark kept us informed especially when they had to deal with our road closure and take a diversion.

Trav and Rob called us ahead of the delivery. They were polite, on time and put the TV in the room I wanted.
Thanks

Excellent service by Olli and the arranged delivery was also very fast and professional with Karol and Paul.

Absolutley 5 stars all the way!! First time using this company as sourced by my son in law! From ordering, kept up to date with dispatch dates, down to the nicest nothing too much trouble delivery guys Karol and Paul ! Thank you!!!!

Delivery by Karol and Paul — absolutely brilliant service. They called 20 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on their way, and both were so friendly, polite and professional throughout. They handled everything carefully and made the whole process completely stress-free. Couldn’t have asked for better — thank you both!

Karol and Paul were brilliant, genuinely the best delivery experience we've had. Called us ahead of the delivery, polite, on time and efficient. What more could you ask for?
Thanks gents.

Fabulous service. Got a text with a 1 hour window and then my TV arrived, delivered by a very nice man. Thank you

Ordered a lg 77” Oled tv, great service from Zak and Ian , text on morning of delivery with a 2 hour window, then a little later they followed up with a phone call, to say they were 30 minutes away.

On arrival they confirmed where I wanted tv and put it in the exact spot, both a credit to there company.

Tv has to stay in box until weekend, can’t wait to set up

The delivery team (Tracy and Trav) contacted me 15 minutes prior to the delivery on the date scheduled to ensure I was ready to receive delivery. They arrived spot on time and delivered the item very professionally and efficiently.
