Purchased a LG TV from Lichfield store…
Purchased a LG TV from Lichfield store which is a long drive and when I got home found the TV had a smashed screen, when I tried to get a replacement found the store closed in the week for two days. My partner who collected the replacement on third day told me he was very impressed with the customer service and replacement process therefore I have revised my review. The replacement is working perfectly.

It’s the second time I have bought from Richer Sounds and also the second time dealing with Tom at the Lichfield store.
Richer Sounds are lucky to have such a knowledgeable, helpful and all round good guy.
From understanding my needs, recommending the right products, ordering and sorting delivery he did it all efficiently and with personality and panache. A couple of questions and teething troubles were explained and sorted with aplomb too.
It appears RS nurture and train their staff to a high level, and in this day of quick anonymous sales it’s great that you can still get fabulous customer service from great people.
I will definitely be seeking out RS and Tom with my future audio needs.

Excellent service
Staff bent over backwards couldn't have been more patient, helpful and understanding. I had a tight deadline for delivery which they achieved for me. The guys who fitted my tv were fantastic, knowledgeable and did an amazing job.

Good advice, service and any issues are sorted with no fuss
Purchased Tangent amp, Tangent cd player and Wharfedale diamond 12.1 speakers. Very Happy with the sound for a budget system. Received Good advice from store manager on the speaker choice. An issue with the CD player was sorted with ease.

Very good sound through music…
Very good sound through music connecting to tv was difficult as i have know optical on my tv so bought the Sonos optical adapter only to be told by amazon guy it won’t work on my tv as its meant for the Sonos beam and arc soundbars so I ended up having a conversation with Alex on the phone he recommended I get a audio hdr extractor so I bought one online from Amazon and it works really well with my soundbar I have it in 2 channel stereo it sounds very good and I am really happy with the quality also I have a small living area and it can easily fill the room

Second to none
The experience of visiting Richer Sounds, Lichfield, in our view, could not be beaten. Bernie was welcoming, helpful and listened to our views and questions. No pushy sales chat. Just helpful advice and constructive suggestions. AND no pressure to close a sale. Order placed a few weeks later.
Listening to those around us that seems to be the ethos at Richer's. Highly recommended.
