Richer Sounds - Norwich Reviews 

I called on a Wednesday and knew more or less what I wanted for an amp but needed advice for the right speakers to go with it. Roger at the Norwich shop suggested Wharfdale Diamond speakers . The next day I called to order them and on Friday they arrived with an extra payment for next day delivery . The speakers are fantastic as is the Marantz amp.

Went into Norwich store for a black Sonos Gen 2 kit wall mount on the weekend. The store had one in the warehouse and would be available for delivery on Monday. Paid for the wall mount and then received update on delivery, it arrived on the Monday!

I contacted Richer Sounds a few times to get some information, both on the telephone and by email. They were quick to respond, polite and courteous, and gave me the information I needed.

Shopping at Richer Sounds has been amazing. Firstly I'd like to thank staff for responding to my repair promptly and working on outcomes which I have really appreciated after my Aiwa TV developed a fault.

After 7 days I was able to choose an alternative TV with sound advice from Richer Sounds.

I purchased a refurbished 85 inch TCL QD Mini LED TV almost equivalent to oled. I received the set and can say I was happy to make the purchase, upgrading my viewing experience to another level. The picture quality on the TCL is excellent and the 88 inch came with a matt screen which gives every scene a cinematic feel and I really got caught up hooked watching it.

The settings are excellent which only require minor adjustments. I prefer the automatic mode which is excellent. The viewing angles are excellent. I can see the picture on the TCL TV clearly on a sunny day and even when the evening sun is hitting the screen.

The staff have been. Brilliant in every phone call I've made to them. They have been polite and consistent and reassuring. In this changing world I've seen businesses cut back seen service degraded in retail, but Richer Sounds have been one hundred percent authentic.

Very helpful and prompt handling of my order. Whilst I am a vip customer I'm not sure if my £10 1st purchase offer was applied as the unit price seems to incorporate all the discounts excellent product and delivery was quick and the delivery company bjs was exceptionally thoughtful and were happy to point out small damage to box, everything is fine. Great price for the product excellent value can't be beaten

The item I wished to purchase (Manhattan T4R 500GB Freeview Recorder) was not in stock at the shop in Norwich, but was delivered to me the following day by DPD.

Clicked and collected at Norwich. Let me know the TV was ready, politely greeted on arrival and a helpful chap whose name escapes me (sorry) helped me load it into my car. Bosh. Very easy

The manager of your Norwich (St Giles Street) store spent time fitting my requirements to a device that has proved to be exactly what we needed. I decided to think about it, ordered online and then collected from the store. The delivery to store worked well with good communication throughout. The store staff were friendly and helpful when I collected the item. Overall a very good experience at a decent price.

Matt was so helpful and really knew his stuff about the triangle speaker's and Argon turntable. Very happy with my purchase sound's great plus with the Bluetooth connectivity I can pair my other device's as well. Can't recommend them enough Great company.
