Couldn’t wish for a better service to be honest

Super helpful and attentive staff, very well informed and I didn’t feel pressured into decision making. Delivery is always super fast too.

Really good service and friendly helpful staff

Richer Sounds supplied a Mitchell & Brown TV with a Humax Recorder. Having spent some frustrating hours trying to set the system up I gave up and ask Humax for help. This is part of their reply “...return this box to the retail shop for refund due to incompatibility.”
Richer Sounds accepted this published proof and will be replacing the TV with a Sony.
I went to Richer Sounds as “experts” so I am not at all impressed! No, they did not offer to set up the replaced system for me!

I had a great experience as the staff were knowledgeable and honest.

I went in wanting advice on a new TV and walked out with a great TV and a truly awesome soundbar, which I took on the sellers recommendation.

They even helped me put the items in my car. Very friendly and very helpful.

There were some problems with my purchase but staff did try their best to solve them and they were friendly and helpful at all times. It too a while but their response of “what would make you happy?” Was what I as a customer would always want to hear.

Excellent customer service from the guys at Richer sounds, think it was Dave i spoke to and saw in store. Sorted out the little issue afterwards aswell!

Once again Joel made it easy to amend an order because of time constraints. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he is always ready and able to give good, considered advice.

Saw an LG soundbar on a discount elsewhere, phoned Richersounds Romford and Steve the manager beat the price by a tenner.

Cant fault the service, brilliant company who still follow the ethos of their founder.

Got full attention from consultant, he was helpful in choosing the right subwoofer for my room and existing system. He knew the subject and didn't push expensive or extra items. I felt like talking to a friend...
I saw another consultant trying to help him in the background, but the first one already covered all.
It's a bit of a drive for me, but I keep coming back because of experience I get there.

The item arrived promptly, I am happy how it level up my listening experience.

Customer service was next level. I received a broken record player which i had bought at a discounted price. After letting richer sounds Romford know that it was faulty a courier was sent to my house to collect and replace the player with a new one within 12 hours and at the same price as the discounted player. Also the record player is excellent.
