RS where easy to deal with , I placed an order in store for a sony bravia 7ii 50 inch I got a great deal and it was delivered exactly on time very happy.

I purchased a pair of Fyne audio shelf speakers just a few days ago. When I rang the store Ollie answered the phone and gave me all the information about the speakers that I needed to know. There is nothing they don't know at Richer sounds Sheffield. Needless to say I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have been a customer for quite some time and will continue being one.

Good choice of tv's and friendly efficient service

The way the staff (Geoff) went out of their way to solve problems and then solve them. Nothing was too much trouble. We are lucky to have the store in Sheffield and close to where I live. Well done and keep it up.

Great service from Conor at the Sheffield store, no pressure sales or up selling just easy to understand advice on TVs. Very happy with our new TV, which was had free delivery a few days after purchase.

Really pleased with my experience at Richer Sounds Sheffield. We were looking for potentially a new soundbar plus surround round advice and received excellent advice and service from Alex, who was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful throughout

The whole experience was great. The staff in the store are knowledgeable, offered good advice and knew of any offers available. The delivery guys were fantastic. Again offered expert advice on setting up the equipment. Everyone was polite and friendly too.

I had been considering a fully automatic turntable to replace my 30-year old Pro-ject6 as I now have a bad nervous condition and can't use the cue-arm. Spoke to Connor at Sheffield and he suggested the Dual CS529. I had a look and to be fare thought it was expensive, but, Connor said he could help me out a bit and did me a good deal. I thought about it for a couple of days and then rang him and ordered said turntable. It arrived two days later, which was pretty good. The turntable is amazing and I really have to thank Connor for the excellent advice.

This was my first time buying from Richer Sounds and it definitely won’t be my last! The website is great with loads of different choices for TV’s etc. which include, for the most part, fantastic warranties for peace of mind. The delivery was my day of choice (Saturday) and it turned up with the box in perfect condition. The delivery guys made sure the box wasn’t damaged and that I was happy with the way it had been sent. I got a call straight after asking if everything was to my satisfaction. Absolutely the best place I’ve bought a TV from. 10/10

I used the Sheffield branch and I was delighted with the service. I called three times to make sure I was up to speed with what was best and all the team were great taking time to answer all my questions. Excellent advice on the turntable and speakers for my daughters birthday gift. The speakers were in stock and the turntable had to come from another branch, both delivered without any issues. I cannot fault the customer service and speed of delivery.

Payment transfer did not work on the Monday - I had to do it twice.Phoned on delivery day (Thursday ) to be told payment had not gone through.Did it over the phone , which worked and received order on Monday afternoon

Found the same product on Amazon for a better price but Richer Sounds matched it and beat it by £5. It was all done very quickly and the radio arrived the next morning. Really happy with the service and the product. Thanks!
