The salesperson was excellent and this is what is lacking in a lot of places. We had visited a competitor and their salesperson tried to push a product we had no interest in presumably to hit a sales target. Totally different experience at richer sounds. No pressure selling just genuine information. The whole set up is tailored to meet the needs I have when making a purchase. Thank you.

Professional, polite and knowledgeable staff who took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable solution. Slightly disappointed that you have closed your central Birmingham outlet but will certainly return to the Solihull branch soon.

Every one who I dealt with was very kind and helpful nothing was to much trouble

i visited the Solihull store with an unusual request; setting up a sound system for my model railway.
Martin advised on choice of speaker but also suggested a small amplifier would greatly improve the sound quality and volume.

Samuel helped me with this a couple of weeks later and i was also kitted out with wires.

The sound is amazing, so thanks chaps!!!

I had excellent advice both by email and instore in Solihul from the manager. I had forgotten my wallet on the day I visited so ordered online and got my kit exactly when I asked for it.

This is a lovely store and very welcoming. We were looking at turntables, specifically the Audio Technia 120 and it's so much better to physically see it rather than just online. The staff were very knowledgeable, gave us good feedback and didn't push higher priced units. We chose recommended speakers with a built in amp and are very pleased with our purchases.
The only thing worth mentioning is that the store is located in a bus and pedestrian zone. If you are unaware of the area and drive through this zone to the other end, we found out later from the store staff that we may get a ticket. To pick up items from store, they recommended doing a 'u' turn from a nearby loading bay to avoid any issues.
Perhaps this could be highlighted on the website for the Solihull store so customers are aware.
It's been just over a week since our visit and no ticket yet, so we're keeping everything crossed 🤞😆

Great advice on which products to buy and why. Yes it cost more but I didn’t end up making an expensive mistake by buying something unsuitable.
