The 6 year guarantee drew me in, a decent offer on a Samsung TV caught my attention, called and ordered over the phone.
Delivery fell a day later than expected, spoke with Steve and he quickly resolved and got the TV delivered on time, good customer service right there.
The delivery was done well too by informing me the day before with my time slot and the driver called 30 minutes before he was due to arrive, once product was in my home the delivery company asked to speak with me on the driver's phone to confirm it arrived in good condition, very good delivery company.

I had a problem setting my new TV up. I called Richer Sounds, spoke to Adam ( I think from Milton Keynes) and the support he gave was fantastic. He worked methodically through the problem with me and within 30 mins the TV was all set up and working. Outstanding service - it's why I use Richer Sounds.

John at Telesales made the whole process easy (even though the supplier was making it a bit awkward). Really impressed with the sound quality from the Kef Muo

Purchase of a TV. Ordered on-line with a request to price match, the salesperson listened to my inquiry, checked that this was a valid requested and I placed the order. Throughout the salesperson was attentive and helpful. The TV has been delivered as agreed and is working fine.

Polite and efficient customer service from Vik at the Telesales Department. Clearly had the knowledge and expertise to answer all my questions first time and without reference to others.
Order was price matched and I secured an extra £10 discount which made the shopping experience all the better!
Richer Sounds use DPD as their carriers. DPD have never let me down. Richer Sounds told me the delivery would be 3-5 working days. The product was safely delivered next day and within thirty hours of actually placing the order which is superb.
So good to find a company that has good customer service and delivery.

I turned to Richer Sounds when other high street retailers could not deliver all the products I wanted in less than 3 to 4 days, RS delivered next day and at a lower price, whats not to recommend with that, great service.

I desperately wanted a brand new specific Denon speaker to meet a very specific requirement. I phoned Richer Sounds on the off-chance that it could be provided. I then found the speaker was about to be discontinued. On calling your assistance line I spoke to Geoff (Jeff) who volunteered to call the shops for the item. He then called back within 2 hours to report success. It was sent to me without delay and is absolutely perfect. I'm extremely grateful for the service and response.

Spoke to Jeff to order TV and SoundBar and there was a discrepancy on the original stated discount of 50% which became 30% on the screen he was looking at!! My link to it showing 50% "disappeared" as we spoke so someone was in the process of amending it! 🤨

Rather than lose the sale, Jeff went out of his way to adjust the figures so it all ended up ok... Excellent work although nothing less than expected to honour the original stated discount on the S/bar.

Bought a high-end ‘open box’ pre amp at a discounted price and am absolutely delighted. Top-notch customer service (as always) ordered via their telesales. There was a problem with dispatch but as soon as I notified them they sent it out next day delivery. As promised it was in as-new condition. I’m a very happy customer again!
