Excellent help in the store and top delivery service

I have always had good service with Richer Sounds. The staff, service, ordering and collecting my television, went smoothly, without a hitch.

Went to pay and found my TV, soundbar & subwoofer were £100 less than I was expecting (can't remember why), and the TV was already advertised at a much reduced price. I've been buying from Richer Sounds on and off since the early 90s, and I always get good, unhurried, no nonsense service.

Reviewed by Glenn. Purchased a Denon RCD 12, Dali Oberon 1 and Soundstyle Z2 speaker stands after a demo of the above system and other speakers. Thank you Calum for your help with the demo and technical advice.
Had the system up and running now for just under two weeks glad I chose the Oberon 1 over the Spektor 2, sound is excellent.

You can buy “stuff” anywhere but you can’t guarantee good service whatever you pay. The team at the Tunbridge Wells shop were excellent. I had to pick up the item on a specific day. I was kept very well informed about order dates and it reduced my stress levels.

I will definitely buy from Richer Sounds again.

Nearly three years ago we bought a stereo system with Wharfdale speakers from your Tunbridge Wells shop. Very recently, a problem developed with one of the speaker inputs and we took it back to the shop. The staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful, they tried to fix the faulty part but decided to return the speaker to Wharfdale for consideration of a warranty repair. Once the speaker is returned, they offered to post the speaker back to us. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them they even promptly emailed our original receipt of purchase which I initially couldn't find. I did at first contact Wharfdale who were also helpful and it was they who suggested it might be easier to return to the shop.

On both calls I actually spoke to a human, a rarity these days, how refreshing.

I have used Richer Sounds a few times now and the staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Good advice, quick service and great prices.

Prompt delivery and a good product

Purchased a Yamaha Natural Sound amplifier which gave me a 10% discount on any pair of speakers that day. Took advantage of this to buy a pair of Super Linton speakers. Did this via tele sales as the speakers are a special order item. Also added gratis 4 metres of high end QED speaker cable.
All was achieved with the patient help of Calum as the transfer of funds had a few issues.

Bought a 40" TV from the clearance section. ( I wanted a white one as for a bedroom and this happened to be on sale.) Organised to collect from store. Store telephoned me to let me know it was available for collection within 48hrs and told me I could collect outside of store opening hours if helpful. (Which I ended up taking advantage of.) Guys were really helpful on collection and offered to carry it to my car etc. Delighted with the product too, so overall a great customer experience :-)

I was greeted with a smile and immediate attention. I did not see the TV I wanted on display,however, what I wanted in a particular price range and brand was sourced and delivered the following day as was promised. Throughout the delivery process, I was notified. After the delivery, I was notified by email and thanks. Good service,keep it up.
