Decided to retire my twenty year old panny plasma, it was only 720p. Moved to a 65 inch TCL c8k and the picture is insane.

Definitely 5 star service when it comes to making sure the customers get their order at the shortest possible time and from the time of the order to the point of delivery, the customer is kept informed all the way and their product knowledge, pricing and the customer care throughout clearly sets them apart in a saturated market selling audiophile products. Although I had problems with a Sony AN-1000 surround sound amp, the guys at Richard sounds were able to try and repair it but when they were not wasn't successful. I upgraded Marantz Cinema 60.

Easy to use website and no problem arranging next day delivery with DPD who always deliver. Good product and price .

I was unhappy that there was no help setting up the tv my son came over and did it for us but the picture is terrible and very dark we’ve tried to correct it but to no avail

Excellent product - but it took over six-months to arrive ...

I recently purchased a TV through Richer Sounds. Overall, the experience was smooth. Their customer service was knowledgeable, and the purchase offers—including their extended guarantee options—were competitive and transparent.

Standard delivery arrived within the expected timeframe without any issues. The main limitation to note is that they charge an additional fee if you require next-day delivery, whereas some competitors bundle rapid delivery in for free. If you aren't in an immediate rush, the service and value are hard to fault, making them a very dependable retailer overall.

After sigmkficant research into a Headphone that would match well with my Grahsm Slee Solo ULDE headphone amplifier, i settled on the Sennheiser HD600 as a very solid choice. As ever Richer Sounds online was price competitive, shipping was free and rapid - the product arrived the next day. And oh what a product! Used eith the above Headphone amp they provide spot on accuracy and real clarity. I have replaced the stock cable eith an ultra llow capacitance cable and that really show cased these excellent headphones. Terrific value for the performsnce they offer - transparent and detailed. 100% fit for purpose playing Accoustic and Jazz genres.

Purchasing the TEAC tape deck was easy via your online website.
Where it all went wrong was in the delivery. The courier (DPD) just left the £450+ tape deck on the doorstep. I was in the house all day and the courier made no attempt to deliver. No ring of the doorbell, no knock on the door, just left the box (Clearly marked TEAC) on the doorstep of a busy road. Very Very Poor.
I know neighbours have had their packages stolen when delivered by other couriers (Amazon / EVRI) and I was disappointed that DPD do the same.
Shame on DPD and shame on you for using them if this is their natural practice.

I pretty much knew what I wanted - a budget subwoofer for the AV system and a (separate) longish RCA cable to go with it. They had something and delivered within a couple of days of ordering, so perfect for me.
