Delivery cancelled without notice…
Delivery cancelled without notice waited till 7,30 pm tried to call but delivery company office was closed later that evening I had message to say that it was cancelled and why it’s was cancelled I know people are more important than a tv but a message would of been helpful

It appears that the third-party courier we used let both you and us down on this occasion, which is clearly not good enough. We expect more from the delivery partners that represent our business and I have shared both your concerns and my own with them. We have also discussed how their processes can be improved to ensure that, when delays do occur, customers are kept informed with the minimum possible inconvenience.
That said, I accept full responsibility for the issue, as we choose the partners we work with. We have recently introduced a small fleet of our own delivery vehicles to support a number of deliveries, giving us greater control over the service we provide. Experiences such as yours only strengthen our determination to expand this capability further.
In the meantime, I understand you have since spoken with our customer service team, who have arranged a goodwill gesture by way of apology. Should I be able to assist further in any way, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Sunday order, Monday delivery
Ordered a refurbished tv online on a Sunday afternoon and the tv arrived by Monday lunchtime. Online ordering was easy, as was payment. The tv arrived well packaged and would pass as a brand new tv. I don’t leave reviews often but for service and value for money Richer Sounds deserves one.

Dealing with a faulty TV
The original TV had a small fault with the screen, I contacted Richer sounds and they swapped the TV out with out issue. It was unfortunate the original TV was faulty but the post sales care and return and replacemnet was second to none. Superb

Brilliant people, slow website
The service was great as always. And RS did honour their price guarantee when I found the same tv cheaper at John Lewis.
My only suggestion for improvement is making the web site run smoother and quicker, it seems to struggle at times, maybe volume of users? (Im not an IT guy).

Easy to shop

Ordered a Samsung S90F 65-inch TV but…
Ordered a Samsung S90F 65-inch TV but found it was not an improvement over my existing LG OLED. However, for a family member, I requested an exchange for a TLC CL8K instead, and the picture quality and sound improvement were dramatic, not to mention Dolby Vision, which I can't believe Samsung doesn't include! Richer Sounds are always happy to help with exceptional customer service, whoever picks the phone up at their end!
