Rincon Trading Reviews

Repeat customer because the owners take such amazing care of their customers! Lots of places to buy "pretty rocks", but this is the place where you get education and the real deal. Very knowledgeable and completely wonderful. I trust that what I buy here is exactly what they say it is. The weekly livestreams are great for sales, too!

Outstanding service delivery.

The quality is amazing and the color of the peridots are absolutely stunning. 💯

Fantastic service and items!

You get what you pay for…and these beads are absolute exceptional quality. They are by far the most prettiest beads I have purchased. I will definitely be back for more.

Super fast delivery of product. Very nicely packaged. Product was exactly what was advertised. Excellent service. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Rincon Trading has been awesome to work with. Beautiful stones, great customer service and fast shipping.
I highly recommend visiting the shop and catching one of their lives on Instagram on a Saturday as they share so much knowledge about the stones as well as offering great discounts on their beautiful products.

Delivery on time , nice pendant.

Good communication and help to resolve a problem. They were out of stock on an item I had ordered and found the same item but less grams. I am very happy with what they sent me. My refund was done promptly and my order came promptly.

Quality beads and excellent customer service.

The selection is great, lots to choose from. Fast delivery. Great quality. I am very with the turquoise I chose.

Good price on a hard to find item. Speedy shipping

The website is easy to use and the pictures of the gems are quite close to the actual items. Bill is very helpful if you have questions. The prices are reasonable.

Just received my order from Rincon Trading that I purchased via Instagram following one of the latest live shows of Gloria. Would love to send big thanks! The strand of Hubei beads and the Sonoran Blue cabochons are very lovely. The cabochons have a deep teal color which is amazing. The strand is 10 mm rounds and also has an interesting "dotted" pattern. The parcel arrived to Spain very quickly - only in one week. An absolute pleasure always to deal with Rincon Trading.

Great turquoise beads and very fast delivery. Love it!

I got everything I was expecting, beautiful stones!

My favorite thing about RinconTrading is the personal touch. If I have questions or need assistance, I always rely on Gloria to respond promptly. That being said, the quality of the gems I have purchased is exceptional. I highly recommend them to any artisan looking for the place to purchase their gems.

I have made several purchases from this seller and have been neglecting writing a review. I have had excellent experiences with this seller. Gloria is very helpful and is responsive knowledgeable about her products. The seller offer a good selection of stunning and top notch quality beads and cabochons. The purchases arrived promptly and well packaged. I highly recommend this seller to people who like to work with quality products.

Nice experience buying my turquoise at the Tucson Gem Show.
