The most annoying thing about this review, is that I have used the service now for many, many years. Probably 5-6 years and the actual product isn't bad. It does what I need.

But my review is on support and billing. 3 years ago I needed to reduce my contract and number of lines. I contact them regularly. Always the same excuse about being in contract. Gets closer to the time, no one ever gets back to me. The request seems to go unheard and they milk more money out year on year. It's so annoying

Support slow to ask simple questions - all ticket based and no telephone support (the irony), community board equally useless, Andrew in sales couldn't even answer a simple question about missed calls and just directed me to an irrelevant resource page then ended the conversation with 'I don't know unfortunately.' Couldn't have cared less about going and finding out the answer to a question they should know the answer to and was downright rude over the 3 messages he sent.

The API and Zapier integration usage is incredibly limited - despite being titled 'SuperAdmin', you cannot connect a 'SuperAdmin' account via Zapier/API to then access your other users voicemail boxes/accounts at all, they all have to be individually connected, completely impractical.

The biggest issue, which looking at the community has been raised for years and completely ignored: If you have a call queue, it will ring multiple people. Whoever does not answer that call (even when someone does answer it) it will show as a missed call to every other agent! That leaves them 2 options - ask every time a call comes through if someone else has answered it (obviously not possible or practical) or call the customer back and end up looking stupid because they've already spoken to someone, or worse multiple agents call them back and they get harassed by multiple calls.

The cancellation period (in my case, eight months) is greedy. After all, the service only consists of digits in a server farm.
The reliability has been OK, but the system isn't particularly intuitive and is designed for a bigger business than mine.

Appalling company, bounced around on loop and horrific treatment from the billing team on death of the director. Do not use this company, avoid at all costs

Fayo and Maria are absolute legends who are not being paid enough regardless of their salaries, and made the onboarding process a breeze!

RingCentral are one of the worst companies I've worked with.
We've been having service issues due to their tech for almost a year now. The issues include audio problems and people telling us we're breaking up on the calls and sound robotic due to the feedback.
We pointed these issues out to RC and they said there wasn't much they could do to resolve it and maybe we should try changing our numbers. In spite of the issue not being resolved they marked it as 'solved' so nothing happened.
They've repeatedly ignored requests for help because their customer service team is overloaded apparently. If you can't serve the customers you have then stop taking on new ones perhaps?
We've tried cancelling our contract due to poor service but have been ignored for the past 2 months. I wish we'd never gone with them in the first place as they're by far one of the most expensive with the worst service.

Signed up to a contract in June 2023, attempted for 2 months to get things replicated on my current system, they confirmed wouldnt be an issue. Now in March 2024 no further forward, paid for a system I have never activated and they will not cancel or refund. Very bad customer service, just simple no. They sign you up, then string you along for 30 days so that you can not get out of the contract. You are then stuck and they don't help you. Just ignore your emails.

Been using ring central for over 9 years the service has been impeccable Just spoke to Liam in customer service due to my 10 year old phone not being supported by Cisco anymore. Liam was very knowledgeable and replaced my outdated phones at a great discounted price. I would highly recommend.

I am a ring central customer for 2 months now. The service is good and reliable once it’s all set and running.

We have been using RC for a few years now. As a small business we only utilise a few of the services operated but they work well. Any niggles have been sorted out quickly.

RingCentral makes receiving calls to our mobiles so easy, plus dashboard also makes setting up out of office or holiday messages a breeze.
Moving offices was hassle free, once the Internet was connected, plugged in the IP phone and we let the magic happen, happy customer now for over 10 years, I have no hesitation in recommending them, big thanks to Adnan for all his help.

Although we had some issues with the Ringcentral system initially however Sania is brilliant in resolving issues and handled everything extremely well. We are very satisfied by her way of dealing with issues and coming up with the resolutions. Definitely recommend to speak to her at Ringcentral if you are looking for a good telephone system solution.

Since January we have been working with Sam at RingCentral. Sam has always been happy to help, always on hand and eager to supply us with solutions. Since working with Sam, our RingCentral experience has certainly improved! Thanks Sam for being so helpful!

RingCentral Really Good

We have been using RingCentral for a couple years, its reliable, easy to navigate, very user friendly. Came into it's own during the pandemic. Cost effective. Interrogation with an app onto smart phones makes it easy for the company staff to stay in contact.

When we did have an issue Liam was fantastic in sorting it in a speedy manner so the service we receive is just as good as Ring central itself thanks to Liam.

Haaris was very helpful in sorting out our account to ensure we could call the countries we needed to on it.

Very helpful from start to finish, excellent customer service.
