THIS PLACE IS A SHAM! DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCT!To whom it may concern:
I purchased a car March 7th 2025, along with it I purchased a warranty through you. After buying this car it broke down within 2 weeks of buying it. In April of 2025 I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer and had to focus on that. I put this car in the shop in April, October and November. The car was never really right but since I was dealing with cancer I didn't have to energy to drive it or deal with it. Since purchasing the car I put a total of 2,604k on it. I moved to another state for cancer treatment and had to tow the car because it wasn't drivable. I was finally to a point in treatment to be able to drive again but the check engine light came on and once AGAIN I had it towed to the dealership. The dealership says it needs a new engine, your rep agreed to that diagnosis and then you DENIED my claim. Your reasoning was I should have had the oil change every SIX months?! I've spoken to several dealerships and they have ALL said even if I brought it in and asked them to they wouldn't have done an oil change until I had driven it for 5k miles. I was only given the front page of the warranty so it was news to me that you would even put that in a contract. I want someone there to do the right thing and approve this claim. The dealership that it's at now has spoken on my behalf, the dealership I purchased it from is speaking on my behalf and I can assure you I will continue to bother you, turn you into the BBB, sue you or do anything I have to do until someone does the right thing. I can even provide dr records to prove I wasn't able to pursue this because of my health. Your company should be ashamed to make someone fight for a repair when there's not even 3k miles on it since I bought it!

LOCAFY: UNPAID COMMISSIONS AND DISGRACEFUL TREATMENT

I brought substantial business to Locafy and expected them to honour our written commission agreement. They paid the first commission, then failed to pay further agreed commissions owed to my company despite repeated written requests.

I consider their treatment of me and my company, Unique Point Marketing, disgraceful. I strongly advise anyone considering a commercial relationship with Locafy to read this account carefully.

I hold the contracts, written agreements and detailed correspondence supporting my account. This includes my many requests for payment under our agreement. I am prepared to substantiate what I have written here and supply other proof.

My relationship with Locafy began approximately 18 months ago through an introduction from one of their representatives. I initially dealt with their CEO, Gavin Burnett, and later their CFO, Melvin Tan.

At the beginning, Gavin was polite and helpful. I signed clients in Sydney up to their services and introduced substantial accounts to them.

Their Localizer product initially showed some results. As the relationship progressed, obtaining answers and support became increasingly difficult. I repeatedly had to approach different people within Locafy to get assistance with questions about the services we were purchasing for our clients.

The situation continued to deteriorate. As the business introducing those clients, I needed reliable support and clear answers. Constantly chasing assistance was unacceptable. Then I was told by people who know them that they actually fired the very people that were supposed to help me and my clients for dishonest behavior.

The most serious issue involved a substantial account I introduced through a client in the United States, involving the biggest US insurer.

Our company entered into a detailed written agreement with Locafy and the Digital company that was looking after the insurance agents directly.

A detailed commercial arrangement was signed and our commissions were to be paid each month.

Locafy made the first commission payment to our company. It amounted to tens of thousands of dollars.

Then the payments stopped.

Further commissions owed under our agreement still remain unpaid, despite my repeated written requests for Locafy to honour its commitments.

I introduced the business in good faith. We documented the arrangement. Locafy paid the initial months commission. I expect them to honour the continuing commission obligations under our agreement.

I should not have to repeatedly chase agreed payments after bringing valuable business to the company. I regard their handling of this matter as underhanded and commercially unacceptable.

I expected far better from a company listed on Nasdaq. My experience has destroyed my trust in Locafy and its treatment of business partners.

I have since spoken with other businesspeople who have described similar concerns about their dealings with Locafy. They are willing to discuss their own experiences.

My account concerns what happened to me and my company. I have the documentation to support it.

Before introducing YOUR clients, contacts or valuable accounts to Locafy, speak to existing partners about how the company handles its commitments. Examine the evidence and make an informed decision. It seems that even a solid contract will work with them.

Locafy should honour our written agreement, pay the commissions owed and address this complaint directly.

Based on how Locafy treated me and my company, I do not recommend them to anyone at all.

Their internet is down more than its up. It never fails when I complain about the worst President in History it screws up. Its down again today. It gets so bad they stop my phone from working. It says my phone isnt registered on a network. My bill is auto withdrawn every month. Ive never been late on a payment. Im in very poor health and have to have a phone. If my Daughter cant reach me shes gonna call 911 and drive down here. Im sending TMobile the bill if she does. If my phone would have worked it wouldn't have happened. Ive Contacted the Illinois Attorney General and filed complaints With everybody I can. Im not paying for something I cant use. I dont make hollow threats. Their internet is down again today. Im going to the bank and removing them from taking another payment out. Im sick to death of these take my money and lose your number when you wanna complain. Im filing another case with the Illinois attorney general. Whatever you do dont go with Tmobile. Unless you wanna pay for something that never works. Im not the only one around here that's complaining either. Go with anybody but T mobile. I put today's date on but it hasn't worked right for over 6 months. Im not paying for this crap. Im serious about my Daughter cant get ahold of me. Im sending them the bill. Its their fault it doesn't work. It automatically withdrawn every month so its never been late.

The online business AI Viral Downline run by Ken Wasiewicz is misleading. I paid a monthly fee, tried to recruit others. Then Ken tripled the monthly fee, so I quit the company. I informed them correctly. I had some earnings which I asked to be sent to me. He waited and waited, then said it was used to pay for monthly dues despite the fact that I left his biz. Warning a very dishonest and greedy person.

This company cannot improve because it specialises in ripping off people and when it is a pensioner and they stole BPS 1,200, that is gross! I was contacted by an Ex director of theirs, who read my comment that I was looking for a publisher. I had just published a book, but this one was not prose but poetry. I had the content ready with the index and introduction, as well as all the poems edited twice. I am 68 and besides editing my own literary magazine. I edited anthologies for the Canadian literary organisations. So, the book was editedtwice. First, I was contacted by a woman whose name I fogot, and she told me to enhance the book with photos. Professional poets do not use photos in their books, except their own because a good poet depicts his images in words. She kept insisting, and I sent her some photos. Then she sent me the contract which included editing and cover design which had been supplieed to me by a painter and friend of mine. I told her that the amount of money BPS 3000 was mor than double, I had agreed on LinkedIn with the director. Besides the book had everything ready and all it needed was launching on online bookshops. She took ages to answer and it was another colleague, who she said was her boss. I wondered how many bosses there are at British Book Publishing! Perhaps that's why the righthand does not know what the left hand is doing! He said he would send me a 'Revised' version of the content? But the book was already edited? The revised version consisted of many words in the MS which were capitalised and made bold? The words were so strong on their own they did not need to be bolding! I told him that I did say not to touch the MS. Weeks turned into months and when I saw that the only problem was that I was not going to spend any more money so that they could ruin my book. So, there was silence from their end and no reply. I asked for a full refund in the end and the guy said: "Too late for that!" As if the money had already been squandered. This company has a bad reputation and I remember it used to have five stars - now it's got four and as time goes by, and they continue swindling people, Trust Pilot will realise that even their membership fee, be what it may be, is not worth supporting thieves and ruining their own reputation. Become Writers' Guild Members and make sure you have a good lawyer. There are more frauds and scams than actual genuine publishers. I was an investgative crime reporter with The Times and BBP should know they will continue to be pursued, until I see their company close its doors. I managed to close De La Salle Univrsity in the 90s in the USA, using US journalists who were colleagues of mine and I will do same again.

Ripoff report is a site that makes money off of false claims. Use the Better Business Bureau for a service that actually investigates.

ripoffreport.com is in fact a scammers site. Anyone can post anything they like on any person or company and they will put it on the site, then after a while contact the victim and demand money to remove it from the ripoff.com website. Anything you may read on this site do not believe it because it may just be bogus. The owners of ripoffreport.com were arrested for this and for a long while they were down but i see they are back up to the same illegal activities

This site let's anyone continue to post content and photos of people without their consent, when you contact the owner he is super rude calls you names and does nothing, he's just as disturbed as the slanderous people who use his site. He allows anyone to post non stop back and forth slander on the same thread. Ed magedson and his cronies are sad people with no life and try to scam you out of money to remove reports, don't fall for him under any circumstances!

Ripoff along with some Ripoff removal companies have illegal scheme how to make money. So, Ripoff published true stories adding false information then putting in google keywords names to be visible on google search and then ask for 3k usd to remove it.

Is there some justice on them? I afraid no, this is why they act this way and ignore my legitimate request to remove one false sentence from their report!

Shocking how these criminals can run this website. Anyone can post a review, no checks are done whatsoever regarding its validity, and then ripoffreport charges the company thousands of dollars to remove it.

I am grateful for RIP OFF REPORT. I am Grateful the owner is not easily intimidated by people. Too many white-collar crimes and no one cares, NOT THE GOV, NOT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, NOBODY. I have had numerous people steal my birth certificate state and federal agencies refuse to answer phones, rip consumers off, and abuse Social Security. There is so much corporate crime and no one cares, complaints go nowhere. At least I can go to RIP OFF REPORT and exploit all the corrupt people and companies who deserve it!

I wish it had an editing section, so I could edit my report, sometimes I notice I've made errors and it's too late to fix them. I have many complaints to make and have been done dirty by so many companies. I am grateful it exists. I started to do the same type of online business.

What an absolutely horrible website;. giving angry people who want to scream and shout because they cannot get what they want when it comes to refunds from a supplier, the ability to leave such made up and awful reviews, so they resort to slandering a business on this terrible site, and even when the problem has been resolved, the customer complaint/attack/slander 'CANNOT" be removed 'EVER!!!

Stay away from this scam pet recovery company! They are ripping you off by paying the yearly fee of $24.99. I have experienced this company for many years and come to find out after paying for so many years, my pet got lost and they couldn't do anything about it. There are other companies that will register you for no fee or just one flat fee. Get your self a good tracking device for your pet. Best way to recover your pet and know where the pet is at in real time. Also let me say that home again or the sub company that works for them called padcare are exposing your information and your credit will be compromised if you are doing business with them. It happened to me after a deep investigation, and acquaintance customers I had recommended to them in the past had the same awful experience with double and triple charges. Horrible company to enroll your beloved pets. I requested to speak to a manager and the woman I spoke to was very rude, totally ignorant, and unprofessional Ms Lewis. I requested to speak to the padcare owner Ms Shelly and she never got back to me. I'm glad that my pet was found by an individual who some how knew my dog through a vets office where I take my pet, and they were able to put two and two together and find me as the owner. I thankfully recovered my pet without these fraudulent companies. I now use a tracking device for my beloved Frenchie Mr Doodles, and have been able to tracking him if he gets out of my yard.

Trash website, anyone can slander/defame someone without any actual evidence, they publish anything, including your home address and refuse to erase anything despite having a police report of the harassing one gets as a victim of doxxing. The owner is a pedophile coward hiding in a discreet house with bodyguards and cameras all over in Arizona due to fear for his life, well, with all the people the website allows slanderous materials, reputation damages what else can you expect? A lot of enemies. The owner is a despicable man and a con artist with a lengthy rap sheet of arrests and felonies from check forgery and so on. Don't believe everything you read on that webpage.

Website allows anyone to defame others anonymously without any verification. Enough said. Wouldn’t trust anything on that site, I’d refer to trustpilot instead.
