Risus Wholesale Reviews

Great communication when needed and very quick delivery. Well packaged.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Items are extremely well priced and great quality. Couldn't find fault at all. Will definitely be ordering again.

Great products that went down a storm at our Christmas Fair! But even better was the customer service. We needed our items quickly but were late to ask for this. However, when we contacted to see what was possible, despite it being a busy time of year they got our items out a day earlier than they expected it to be! We were so happy and very impressed with the response. Thank you!

Really speedy delivery & fantastic items. Great correspondence also.
Thankyou

Great products and service, we use them each year for our PTA events and can’t fault them. All the gifts we’ve purchased have been great quality and the kids have loved them.

Ordered from Risus Wholesale for our school Christmas market and had such a great experience. Customer service was brilliant, Vicky was so helpful and accommodating, our order was dispatched quickly, everything was well packed and the products were perfect. Will definitely be ordering again soon and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for affordable gifts

Great customer service, always swift to respond. Products are good quality. Stock updates are frequent.

Quick delivery. Good prices. Easy to contact with queries.

The whole experience was great, The delivery was really quick and we received our order within 2 days, with it being quite a big order I thought it would take longer but it didn't! The products we received are very good quality and will make great presents for Santa's Grotto!

We absolutely love Risus at our school PTA. Always a great selection of stuff for prizes and great value for money!

Great service

The presents are for a community santas grotto. The items had the box sizes on the description which helps because for kids impact is everything and other sites you think you have a bargain but are disappointed with the size. Delivery was speedy & we’ll be using our local company every year now. Morley Cougars (women’s cricket team)

Excellent company to deal with. Seamless ordering and fast delivery. Vicky was extremely helpful when I had a product enquiry and responded very promptly. A pleasure to order and very helpful. Thank you :)

Always order our PTA items from Risus. Great items and quick delivery. Items are in good condition.

Prompt delivery, excellent choices for any budget and great quality. Always a favourite for our PTA :)

We have recently made three orders with Risus. Goods always arrive within a couple of days, and our customers love the items as well! The wooden snakes are now one of our top sellers in toys and games.

Excellent company to deal with.

Very fast delivery which is so good and the products are fab.

One small issue which was resolved very quickly and easily.

Looking forward to ordering from them in the future

Purchased a range of items for use at our PTA fireworks night. Great value for money and a good range of items to choose from at different price points. Delivery was really fast. One item we wanted was out of stock but we used the notification facility to let us know when it was back (which only took a couple of days) and we were able to order really quickly after that. Really pleased with the experience.

I bought 36 Hardback Kraft A5 eco notebooks for a retreat day I am hosting in March next year. I had looked at many of these types of note books online and Risus offered very competitive prices.
I have used a couple myself and they serve the purpose for which they were bought.
However, if i had one thing to feed back i was a little taken aback when i got the invoice and realised they were made in India. I may have overlooked this when purchasing them and that was my mistake. i would,in future prefer to buy eco books made in the UK due to the air miles and carbon footprint. This is a personal choice and no reflection on the goods themselves or the service I received therefore i gave the 5 stars as i know if i bought made in UK i would pay a lot more. Yes they are very good value for money and came really quickly
