Sam come out changed a punched tyre for us, was quick and efficient also done extra checks! Very friendly and lovely guy

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE. They are scammers and con-merchants, who take your deposit with no intention of ever sending anyone out to help you. Had a flat tyre so, paid £60 deposit, after 6 hours of being stuck on the side of A226 - still no one showed up. Zero communication or attempts to contact us throughout that time, so we had to keep contacting them. Eventually we cancelled, as they were a no show. And now, they’re refusing to refund the deposit. Absolute fraudsters. I can only assume that the 5* reviews on here are fake and probably paid for by this joke of a company.

I would not advise anyone to use this company under any circumstances if you have Diamond cut alloys. While the service was prompt and courteous, my Diamond cut alloy on my new car was scuffed by the installer. I flagged it at the time, spoke to the team, shared pictures, but the response has been dismissive and not even a gesture of goodwill !!

Do not use this service . They are corrupt . They promise to get to you in half an hour to an hour and finally arrive 2 hours later . In addition they make a quote . When you send an image of the tyre they then say they need to get a Goodyear tyre which is £100 more expensive . Obviously you are vulnerable and no choice . They then send you an invoice and delete it immediately you have paid ! The police need to get involved with this scandal ! Do not use no matter how desperate you are . I am reporting this to the police and trading standards

Overpriced by a considerable amount, tyre although vehicle didn't move one tyre lost pressure. Called them and they state no warranty. Poor experience

I used this service for the first time today and found them very quick to respond. The tyre fitter called me within 10 minutes after confirming the booking and came to my address within 1 hour. Two tyres replaced in quick time and then I was on my way. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.

I had a flat tyre after hitting a pothole.
Contacted Road Mate...organised a mobile tyre service within minutes..
They then rang within 10 minutes and were with us within the hour...and it was a Sunday!
Lovely company to deal with and would definitely use again...although I hope I don't have to...grateful thanks..

Ali, who remained calm, polite and patient when I was flustered and overstressed after I hit a pot hole and burst my tyre on the roundabout coming off the roundabout from stowupland heading to the Tesco roundabout Stowmarket.

Absolute disgrace of a company, can’t follow through with anything that is promised!! Completely AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! All they do is take your deposit and do nothing about it

tyre change was delayed repeatedly - ended up getting it fixed elsewhere in the time it would have taken for the engineer to arrive. for the amount they charge service does not match.

Hit a pothole on way home from work, Needed it to be done quickly for work next day, Contacted and its was longer than stated time. But only 30 minutes or so. Julian turned up and did a brilliant prompt job, Great guy highly recommended.

Really good service, quick and responsive and reasonably priced too. Called after our tyre blew on the motorway. Jason was great, communication was excellent and all sorted and on our way really quickly.

AVOID!…booked in for a puncture repair and paid a £50 deposit. I was told it would be 30-60 minutes wait. Four and a half hours later no fitter had arrived. During this time I had minimal communications and updates. I eventually got a text saying my engineer had broken down and he wouldn’t be arriving. I was told I would receive my deposit back in 3-5 working days. 9 working days later I still haven’t had my deposit and the communications are literally non existent. Absolutely awful…unprofessional. AVOID!

Called to arrange for a tyre fitter to come and replace a tyre on my Range Rover following a flat on the M6. I was advised they had the tyre in stock and a fitter would be with me in 30-60 mins but the costs was £490. All fine as I was using an emergency service on the motorway. 1 hour went past, I called and they actually answered, fitter on his way and will call me in 10 mins. No call, called again to be told someone will chase up and call me back. No call back. 2 hours passed and called again to be advised fitter is on his way (total bull). Called loads more times, no answer, fobbed off, escalating to a manager, all lies. A fitter finally called me and advised just been given the job but would have to fit a different tyre to the other 3 on the vehicle, obviously I said no and had to cancel the job and get a recovery which will be 4 1/2 hours after my original call to these Clowns. Absolute shambles and borderline con artists, take a booking, pay full price and then try to supply a substandard tyre if they bother turning up at all!!!!! No call, no apology. Atrocious service, please give them wide berth.

I have never experienced such unprofessional service. I have requested my invoice several times with no proper response. If this is not resolved today, I will escalate this matter formally.

Absolutely disgusting service

I booked a job with these fraudsters and was told that I would have a fitter guaranteed within 30 minutes to 60 minutes

I chased them up after 60 minutes on What’s App where I was told that a fitter would be with me soon and that they were chasing the fitter

After 3 hours on the side of the road I was told that the fitter had been held up on another job with an old lady who didn’t have her wheel nuts - all lies

After 4 hours I asked to speak to a manager to have some compensation and was told that a manager would ring me back

After 5 hours on the road side the fitter called me and explained that he was in Birmingham whilst I was in Market Drayton and that he had been given the job 20 minutes ago

When the fitter arrived he showed me his messages and I showed him mine and he was disgusted that I was made to wait this long

Once the job had been finished I was then fobbed off repeatedly with disconnected calls, hung up on and finally told that a Manager would ring me back after 9am the following day

Obviously no call came and when I finally got through again I was met with a disgusting attitude and some jumped up little weasel trying to act all big and bad on the phone

They refused to pass me to anyone in authority as I truly believe there isn’t anyone in higher management

This company are a bunch of fraudsters that take £100.00 of your money for doing absolutely nothing that they advertise

Called them when I had a flat tyre whilst about to leave home for work. They sent out someone within an hour and a new tyre fitted. Price was reasonable too.

Absolute joke and 100% a scam. Partner called them after getting a flat on a pothole, made him pay £100 deposit and told him 30-60 minutes. Hour and a half later he called them again and they said 5-10 minutes. Half an hour after this, still nobody showed up and now they are ignoring both mine and my partners calls. Absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs.
