I contacted customer services for help and they went above and beyond to help me with a sale item - something they wouldn’t even be making a huge profit on. They were so wonderful and absolutely made my daughter’s birthday. Thank you!

I purchased a fly rug and was credited £10 as it was dirty. I had to return as it was too small that cost me £10. To order the next size up they insisted I pay another £79 and they would return the original amount £69. This would take a few days as its a bank holiday weekend. I am now in debt as I have laid out £158 and they have all my money!!! The irony is I could have purchased cheaper elsewhere. I won't use Robinsons again.

Ordered a coat and paid extra for next-day delivery over a week later, and still no sign of it. Contacted customer support said they looked into it and never heard anything back. Then I found out they are part of the Sports Direct group.... If I'd had known this before I ordered, I'd have run for the hills. My advice to anyone is to shop elsewhere.

Bought the John Whitaker fleece rug in the sale. Such good value for money!! Was easy to order and arrived quickly. Would buy from them again.

Very poor service ordered a xs dog jumper for a small Yorkshire terrier sizes shown on site guide line it arrived and l couldn’t even get it over the head they told me next size was more money woman on phone said they had a lot of complaints saying this l told them l would like full refund which she agreed but didn’t refund for postage so l lost out on £10 in total after having to send item back please don’t use this site or pay by PayPal as they get you the full refund back

Very poor non existent customer service. Was gifted a £120 voucher to spend there. Put order in, but returned one item for exchange. They messed this up, didn't resend then took the origional P&P off twice so now out of pocket. 5+ emails ignored and you can't get hold of them another way. Shameful way to treat honest customers....rip off company !!!

Recently bought a tent from them and I was very impressed with their customer service and pricing. They are incredibly professional, helpful and I will be using them again.

Fantastic Customer service! I had an issue with Hermes and one of my parcels unfortunately went missing, however Robinsons were fantastic with a full refund given and full apologies, (and since gave me a good will gesture) and my next order to be shipped with DPD (due to mine going missing with Hermes) would highly recommend! I re-ordered and I am delighted with my items. Thank you!

If I could give less I would as they have even earned thus one star! Appalling service as a Christmas present purchased on the 12 of December could not be returned 30 days later, despite the global pandemic causing essential journeys over and quarantine periods! When I did rued to talk to the customer service team they were rude and completely unhelpful in every respect! DO YOURSELVES A FABOUR FO NOT SHOP HERE AND TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS TO AVOID!! I certainly will be!
