the maximum leverage at this company is 30 only in exceptional cases it can be increased but it is a lot of money in the account more precisely over 500k plus a lot of documents and papers... I do not recommend

Tragedia! W ciągu 3 tygodni 3 problemy. Wykupiłem serwer vps na 30 dni za cenę 10USD. Zainstalowałem MT5 i swojego robota. Zlecenia oczekujące były odrzucane co powodowało bezużyteczność robota. Po pisaniu do supportu łaskawie odpisano po 4 dniach oczywiście nie na temat. Przed uzyskaniem odpowiedzi postanowiłem także wyłączyć subskrypcję vps żeby nie zabrano mi kolejnej opłaty gdy okres opłacony minie, ku mojemu zdziwieniu odrazu wyłączono mi dostęp do opłaconego vps. oczywiści w odpowiedzi od suportu dowiedziałem się że to moja wina. Kolejny problem pojawił się przy próbie wypłacenia reszty swoich środków aby zakończyć współpracę. Oczywiście żeby dokanać wypłaty każą mi wysyłać jakieś screenshoty z konta bankowego, przy wpłacie i weryfikacji nie było żadnego problemu. Nie poleca, ja osobiście czuje się oszukany.

Les contesto por aqui a su comentario, tenia varias cuentas en roboforex el ultimo año y medio. Los usuarios no tenemos culpa que ahora sea Robomarkets, ya que el anterior no se puede usar en España, pero como ya os dije por email teneis toda la información. 5 dias despues y sigo sin poder poner el apalancamiento necesario...

la peor experiencia y no he empezado a operar. Tenia cuenta en roboforex, la cual decidi cerrar para cambiar la operativa. Ahora en la UE no se por que razon ni desde cuando pero es Robomarkets y antes al crear una cuenta era muy facil cambiar el apalancamiento y usar 1:500 o 1:1000, llevo 4 dias y aunque en roboforex tenia cuenta y con diversas transacciones durante año y medio ahora me dicen que tengo que justificar mis movimientos para poder cambiar el apalancamiento con la perdida de tiempo que lleva, y que no tienen nada que ver con roboforex (al final de alguna manera estan relacionados cuando todo aparece de la misma manera, menus, opciones, etc), pero sin embargo no tienen mi información.

No recomiendo salvo para abrir una cuenta demo, si quieren operar en real y hacerlo rápido elijan otros.

🛑 when robomsrkets saw that i make daily profits without losses immediately they sent me that ( We officially notify you that the Company has decided to terminate cooperation with you ) and after they blocked my account I asked them many times what I did ! they didn't replay to me ,probably because I have a successful robot they got the details about my robot and instead to say thank you they BLOCKED my account and they rised the spread especially in the USTECHcash index , so with this spread my robot will not make any profit if I am going to open a different account,
my account my name all are real , Robomarkets deserves 1 star only .

at the beginning when I was losing my money by trades they welcomed me but when they saw that I start to make daily good profits and every day they blocked my account ,Robomarkets just want clints who they loss thier money .

I can’t say anything bad about this broker. Working conditions are quite acceptable and comfortable for me. Robomarkets honestly fulfilling its obligations.

I've been trading forex for about 3 years. I trade with 4 top rated brokers and it was quite different and ambiguous experience. Last 6 month I work with Robomarkets. In general, the company so far meets my expectations. The platform did not disappoint me. With good internet connection it works very stable. UI is convenient. Support is helpful and polite. Withdrawal takes about 1-2 working days.

Appalling customer service. They have now stopped trading in UK, but still are in Europe under slightly different name. Online trading platform. They closed all live positions when they ceased UK activity and I had to actively 'chase' getting my money out of my wallet as they blocked everyone from accessing their own accounts. Took over 6 weeks to get the majority of my money back. Tone and attitude very poor. The customer service communications were rude and arrogant and required far more info than need be to transfer my money back. and I was charged again for them to convert what I had already put into GBP into EUR so they could transfer the money back to a UK Bank, and a further transaction fee to them. I have no reason to suppose their sister companies are any better in Germany and other countries. Beware they are not as god as they may seem at first and I would recommend any individual UK avoid investors/trader. - don't need to the hassle or stress of them hanging on to your money and charging you for the priviledge
