Strongly regret signing up to these guys. At the time of sign up I was excited to try the course and something new. Sales was very overpowering and I did feel a little bullied. Having said that I wanted to try the course. I found the materials and videos dreadful with AI voiceovers and dull and boring delivery. The support was patchy and vague - strangely different to the support I received prior to sign up. Unfortunately, due to a medical issue I am no longer going to be able to complete the course. Despite being very early in the programme Robust IT have refused my pleas for them to allow me to cancel my enrolment due to my circumstances. They have denied this and will now take £4k from my family. This is not the sort of company that cares about you at all and promises a job in the sales but once signed up it says promises to get you an interview. Awful

I'm about halfway through the course, and I can honestly say that from day one I've felt supported every step of the way.

What stands out to me is that this isn't just a course – they actively work with recruitment partners to help people find employment afterwards. I recently spoke with Darren, and he was absolutely lovely. As a mum, I shared my worries about balancing family commitments and my fears of struggling to find a job at the end of the course because of my restrictions. He was so reassuring and took the time to listen to my concerns.

Darren explained that they will work with me to find something suitable and reminded me that if I ever need to talk things through again, I can simply give them a call. It was incredibly reassuring to hear that they're genuinely on my side and willing to help, rather than making me feel like just another number.

As a parent returning to training and employment, that level of support means a lot, and it's given me much more confidence about the future.

I have only just started the Data Pathway but can say the process up to now has been very good. Robust it where able to design a pathway which best suited my skill level and at a nice price. All the people I have talked with are pleasent and knowledgeable. Here's looking towards a busy next few months of learning new tricks.

Horrible bunch of scammers. They promise you jobs. But you won't get any help from them. The courses are just picked from random providers and given to you at a high premium. Avoid the scamster. You will get better deals elsewhere.

The fact that the payment is in installments and very affordable makes the whole experience very great coupled with staff in touched for follow ups and guidance and ready to assist. Jack has been great today and looking forward for a great learning and results
