Returned an INR range machine for repair..they reported it had been dropped (not by me) and under their terms and conditions refused to return to me.. stating they had to dispose of it but also informing me I could pay circa £500 for a refurbished one.

Habe Stiefel bestellt die auf dem Foto klasse aussahen. Was ankam war ein billiger Schuh minderer Qualität. Ich bin entsetzt .Retourenschein gibt es nicht.
Rückversand auf eigene Kosten.
China ...Kosten 70 Euro. Ich kann die Stiefel nur im Müll entsorgen.

Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht mehr, was ich noch sagen soll.
Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht – menschlich und beruflich.

Ich war bis Ende 2024 Mitarbeiterin bei Roche. Seitdem befinde ich mich im Vorruhestand.
Was danach folgte, hätte ich mir nie vorstellen können – und schon gar nicht von einem Unternehmen wie Roche, das immer vorgibt, sozial und mitarbeiterorientiert zu sein.

Es gab Probleme mit meinem Gehalt – konkret mit unklaren und in meinen Augen unrechtmäßigen Abzügen.
Ich habe mehrfach darum gebeten, dazu eine Erklärung zu bekommen. Ich habe über zehn E-Mails an Roche Schweiz geschickt – keine einzige wurde beantwortet.

Statt sich zu melden oder Stellung zu nehmen, wurde mein Anliegen einfach wieder nach Mannheim zurückgeschoben.
Und dort wurde mir dann auch noch gesagt, ich solle die Schweiz nicht mehr anschreiben – “es landet eh bei uns.”

Was für ein Umgang mit einem langjährigen Mitarbeiter.

Ich habe keine sachliche, vollständige Antwort auf meine Frage bekommen – bis heute nicht.
Ich wurde einfach ignoriert. Nicht einmal ein „Wir kümmern uns“ – einfach nichts.

Und deshalb sage ich das hier ganz offen:
Wer bei Roche in den Vorruhestand geht – schreibt euch alles auf, sichert euch ab, nehmt euch einen Zeugen.
Denn wenn einmal etwas schiefläuft, steht ihr sehr schnell allein da.

Ich hätte das von Roche nie erwartet.
Und es schmerzt, das sagen zu müssen.

I was happy with the Accu-Chek Instant for a long time, but the new Accu-Chek Guide has disappointed me. No compatibility with old test strips, no switch-off function, no rechargeable battery - this is neither user-friendly nor environmentally conscious.

I contacted customer service, but twice only received a standard reply referring me to telephone support. My specific feedback on sustainability was not addressed at all.

I was not asking for goodwill, but wanted to encourage a rethink. It's a shame that patients are not taken seriously. Unfortunately, environmental awareness no longer seems to be a priority at Roche.

I have been a Diabetic for 60yrs and on a combo insulin pump for 16yrs got a bit fed up with quality control both with test strips and other consumables but ended up like many others without insulin cartridges for approximately 5 months.When eventually they became available again on the 10-4-25 my pump was giving me error messages code E4 which could of been down to leaking cartridges gumming up the piston, it was decided that it should be urgently replaced on the 11-4-25 due to be delivered next day as this can be very dangerous to myself, and I already explained my blood sugars were already the highest they have ever been at 28mmol with Ketones a dangerous scenario I was manually injecting insulin and was advised by a doctor to attend hospital for treatment I refused I’m disabled in constant pain and allergic to all pain medication. Anyway I stayed at home all Saturday awaiting delivery of replacement pump which I had been assured would be dispatched for delivery on Saturday it never arrived and after speaking to customer care advisor and explaining I should of been contacted with dispatch details but never was the young lady Vivian done her best out of hrs to track package but without the tracking number for parcel force to no avail and I’m still without a working pump this is the crap and dangerous customer service and speaking to nhs staff recently they seem to think Roche are finished as a Diabetic pump supplier I admit they use to be a pretty good company but the service over the last year has been diabolical thank you for reading you decide

Roche hat Gleichberechtigungsprogramme gestichen, um Profite in den U.S.A. nicht zu gefährden. Wer nur dann für seine Werte einsteht, wenn es dem Profit nicht im Weg steht, ist nicht vertrauenswürdig! Derart agierenden Unternehmen würde ich auch zutrauen, dass sie z.B. gefährliche Nebenweirkungen verschweigt, wenn es den Profit gefährdet, denn offenbar sind Werte hier verkäuflich. Mein Vertrauen ist jedenfalls tief erschüttert. Vermeide deren Medikamente ab jetzt, so es irgendmöglich ist!

This is a shop that goes out of its way to help! I've used it for over 30yrs even before present owner, who has been their easily couple plus decades now! Forget halfords and silly prices ! The owner is so helpful in every way ! If you can't get a part, he will get it, normally within a couple of hrs or same day, if he can't he will direct you to a site or business! Has time for all his customers no matter if buying car stuff or an innertube for a child's bike! He actually comes out to your vehicle to see what the problem is! Old fashioned shop service with a smile! Highly recommend for all vehicle and bike parts! And saves you a lot of money! Brilliant.

Seit über 20 Jahren habe ich nur sehr gute Erfahrung mit dem Serviceteam in Mannheim gemacht. Anfragen werden schnell und zur vollen Zufriedenheit bearbeitet!

Unterirdisch schlecht. Der Kunde schein überflüssig zu sein sobald er das Produkt erworben hat.

Man wird nicht zurück gerufen und einfach ignoriert.

Typisches Verhalten großer Unternehmen die auf Ihre Kunden keine Wert legen.

Ich würde mich nach einer alternativ Firma mit ähnlichen Produkten umsehen. Schlechter kann es ja nicht werden.

I got a prescription for an Accu-Check Combo which I sent to them. The insurance already approved they will cover it. Then I waited for 3-4 weeks, the pump still has not arrived so I called Roche and their customer service is incredibly bad. I called them for the first time and they said the pump was already sent out but it was not. I called again the next day and one employee said they made a mark in the system that there is a problem with my order then they would call me back. Never called. This was on Monday, I called again on Wednesday and Friday and turns out they did NOTHING and checked NOTHING. Then I called again a week later still NOTHING. They literally don't know what happened with my order. I am super pissed because this a medical device that I need URGENTLY. Also super disturbing that a company making SO MUCH PROFIT on people's illnesses can't even hire some capable people to their customer service department. Ahh of course they don't speak English but that I am already not surprised by.

Anfang Mai per Mail angefragt bezüglich meiner Diagnose Software ACCU CHEK und der Installation auf WIN 8.1 Computer.

Ich habe wochenlang keine Antwort erhalten!

Dann Anfang Juni angerufen um das Problem zu erläutern aber niemand war dort interessiert oder zuständig.
Die "Dame" am Telefon war dermaßen unfreundlich und abweisend das ich die Konversation leider beenden musste.

So ein Service ist das aller letzte. Und Frechheit gegenüber Kunden ist alles andere als zeitgemäß!!

Ich habe das komplette Produkt von ROCHE mittlerweile durch eines der Mitbewerber ersetzt. Da bin ich wohl besser aufgehoben.

Keine Weiterempfehlung meinerseits!!
