Ordered a $150 necklace and paid a HEFTY price for 2-day shipping so that I would have it in time for an upcoming vacation. The next day I get a UPS tracking number, but it says UPS hasn’t received it yet. That’s not unheard of, so I wait a couple of days. By Friday - 4 days after ordering it with 2 day shipping - it still says “package not yet received” on the UPS site. I wrote customer service, and they got back to me the day before I was leaving. They said “oops USPS picked it up instead of UPS! We can send it again!” I said sure - send it overnight FedEx so I get it before my trip tomorrow. Instead, they refunded my full purchase. I said, “but there’s one on the way via USPS, right? Shouldn’t I get that tracking number?” Guess what? Another “Oops” and some crazy story about “well…it only KIND of went out via USPS…”. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional, and they won’t overnight it because they of course don’t make the product themselves, but rather drop-ship it. I wish someone else had the licensing for the franchise I love, but I’ll look on Etsy going forward.

This company is running a total scam operation. I’m shocked Disney has licensed their characters to them.

They offer a 15% discount on their website if you complete a survey. Not until after you complete the survey, do they tell you the code is no longer activate.

I reached out to customer service, and they confirmed that they’re just trying to steal data. They would do nothing to help.

Buy your fake gold-plated jewelry elsewhere. This company will steal from you.

Ordered a ring Dec 9th, 2024 as of today, the 30th I have not received the ring or tracking number which their site says it would be received within 48 hours.
I have contacted their customer service dept via email twice and received replies stating "your ticket has been received."
Would not have given even one star, but 0 was not a choice.

Purchased a $135 Little Mermaid pendant with "chain." Chain is a piece of string, connector broke in 10 minutes, trying to find a real chain but circle hook on pendant is so small chains are all too lightweight. Rotten product, $135 for a gold plated pendant with a piece of poorly made string. Never again.

Purchased an item from them on Black Friday. Then on Cyber Monday they had a 30% off sale. Reached out to them to see if I could cancel my order to take advantage of the deal. Took them 2 days to respond. Wouldn't accommodate me even though my item had yet to ship. Item arrived late. And on top of that the item looks cheap and is much smaller than the pictures on their site would lead you to believe. Company is a huge rip off. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a expensive set of earrings for my daughter for Christmas. I literally got an email from them five hours later stating that they’re going to have a 30% off sale!
They claimed that I will be wowed by their exemplary customer service. So I reached out to them to test this theory.
They will not refund me.
They will not allow a return.
They will not give me a cash discount on my next purchase.
They will not get another order from me. Too bad, as I was going to order another item for my daughter.

So far not too exemplary in my books. Actually their tone is fairly combative and that is too bad for a small company.

I wish them all the best in figuring out what it means to have exemplary customer service.

I got a beautiful bracelet from there for Christmas and finally wore it this past weekend and it broke. Customer service said nothing company will do and basically tough luck. TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for nothing. They have what looks like great Marvel products but they are poorly made and I am just blown away at the company's BS response. Now my Christmas gift sits around broken. Incredibly disappointed in RockLove

I got told how to fix it MYSELF through customer service, which is just absurd, or bring it to a jeweler. So spend MORE money cause of your company.

I keep getting told oh well. I posted a one star review on the site and they wont post it, they only put up their 5 star ones.

Dont ever buy from here . It took long enough to find a site to review them like this, they clearly dont want to hear negative things.

Company did not honour their warranty process. Would only supply credit note and then offered to post the item at 3 x the postage costs due to COVID. I would not buy from them given the choice again I don’t like to deal with dishonest companies.
