Troppa confusione a partire dai siti che nn permettevano la registrazione, stessa cosa l’app che doveva essere molto utile ma non prendeva il codice delle carte. Le prenotazioni invece di essere fatte su un unica piattaforma erano tutte da fare su siti diversi( a parte 3da prenotare su rome&vatican)

First , you have to know that St Peter's Basilic is free and concerning the Coliseum , it's impossible to book a date .

Poor handling of the Omnicard with the Omnicard App. Uncommon file formats are used. Poor advice and information from info sheets in Italian.

Je suis totalement déçue de la prestation. Je n ai jamais reçu le deuxième bon afin de visiter le musée du Vatican. J'ai loupé la visite de ma vie en dépensant 2 x 129 euros pour juste un trajet en bus jaune qui ne passe presque jamais qui ne s’arrête pas quand les touristes le saluent et pour ne pas visiter le musée du Vatican.Pour moi, c'est plus que du vol d'argent , c'est du vol de rêve.

Dommage de n’avoir jamais vu le bus jaune avec ses arrêts multiples.

Interessant pour le coupe file du Vatican, sinon, trop cher si vous partez un 1er weekend du mois, ou de nombreux musées et monuments sont en accés libres le dimanche, donc presque impossible d'y rentrer.
Nous avons été refoulé à la villa borghese, au Panthéon, et n'avaons pas pu profiter des 2 entrée incluse dans le forfait....

I was asking for getting my command order (for omniacard+ romapass ID : XZCGEGEAI) and I haven't got it

we bought this thinking we were going to be. using transport daily to get us around but when we got to our hotel we realised that we were right in the thick of places with the colosseum and Forum just around the corner. But getting in to places for free or with a discount still made it useful. Would recommend buying one if you are not in the centre and the hop on bus was good to see where the places were.

Pour l'utilisation de la carte j'aurais un avis après le 30 avril date de la fin des visites.

Carte inutile surtout en période Covid pas de pasfast la principale régulation lié aux contrôles sanitaires. Certaines visites avec réservation obligatoire alors que non annoncée sur catalogue. Accès au bus top pff quasiment impossible plus d’une heure d’attente pour un bus plein… à ne pas prendre .

My purchase was made more interesting by the Italian language, but my phone translated the words I needed to succeed. Thank you for the availability of this card. My daughter and I look forward to using it in June when we fly into Rome.

258€,2 pases para 72 horas, con (se suponía) entrada sin colas en los museos vaticanos (si quieres subir a la cúpula de la basílica de San Pedro a pagar otros 10 euros, que 258€ no les parece suficiente) y coliseo, cosa que no es cierta, ya que entras por donde entra todo el mundo. Por cierto, el trato en ambos sitios por parte de los empleados nefasto, altivo y desagradable. Parece que no tienen ninguna gana de trabajar. Por lo demás, tienes entrada a otros dos museos y transporte público dentro de la ciudad (no vale para el aeropuerto), y también bus turístico, que aunque hay un horario pasa cuando le da la gana, y las paradas no tienen ninguna señalizacion de omnia como si la tienen otras compañías, por lo que andas perdido de donde se cogen. No lo recomiendo para nada. Al menos con el pastizal que cobran podían donarlo, que bastante dineral acumula ya la iglesia! Y para más inri, compras el omnia pass online, tienes que ir a recogerla a una de las oficinas que indican (no vale con tener el codido qr, luego para cada atracción tienes que hacer la reserva online, que además la de Coliseo es por otra web,...y para acceder a cada una tienes que llevar la omnia card, la reserva impresa en papel, el certificado covid y el sumsuncorda... Digo yo que en la era digital debería ser suficiente con un único código qr en el móvil y no marear tanto al personal... Luego en los museos en el del Vaticano obligatorio FFP2, en el coliseo vale la quirúrgica... Vamos un cachondeo todo

No bus stops have the omnia sign so until you actually catch the bus it’s unsure what is your one. The lady on the bus was not very happy. The attractions were perfect but you needed to take ID with you. Should have been told this when picking up tickets bit late after queuing for an hour. We had the Vatican tour and the lady that took us had perfect English and was very knowledgeable and passionate.
