Promises much; delivers nothing :(
We hired Krystian for the complete renovation of our home in Beerse. We were very impressed by the work he did on replacing our gutters and he made us an offer that was 1/3 of the price of most other companies. As such, we trusted him with the entire renovation. He started with replacing the roof covering which contained asbestus. The work seemed to be done well be it that I immediately noticed the work was taking about 3 times longer than calculated. I discussed this with Krystian who assured us that it was no problem and if there were extra hours this would be his problem. The contract stated we were to pay 56.000 EUR as a downpayment but we never received a bill for that. He only constantly asked for more and more money claiming he could not pay for the materials or work. Was paying everyone cash each week. When we refused to pay more than the contract stated, he took his tools and left, taking materials with him that we paid for, effectively stealing them. He has been summoned to give them back, but refuses to do so. He has started parts of the project everywhere, but has finished nothing. A substantial part of the work has been done badly to the point that it may have to be demolished. And Krystian no longer wishes to talk to us. There are now two criminal charges against him for taking the materials we paid for and breach of contract. It is a terrible waste because it all started so well and would still be possible to solve but with a contractor who is not willing to take any responsibility for his mistakes you don't get far. I cannot recommend Krystian or Roofdak services to anyone.
