Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service.
Mix up with my trainer order meant my size was out of stock. They offered me to pick another pair and basically gave me £5 to put towards a different pair. The pair i chose were actually £90, £10 more than the original pair of trainers I ordered. when I said I’d pay the difference Meg said it was fine and they would cover the extra £10 from the initial £80 I’d spent. I don’t think any big shops would do that for there customers. Will definitely be using them again, in fact I’ve already got my eye on another pair.

Brought items for my daughter, mega keen on skate boarding, I took a gamble on what to order but turned out it was has she described to me the purchase were spot on, ordering was really easy, delivery was right on time within 3 working days

Excellent customer service skills and…
Excellent customer service skills and great quality clothing. I shopped online with them for the first time last week and it was a pleasure, the items I got my daughter arrived promptly, everything was well packaged and communication was top notch! Because of this my husband took my son in to the store to buy some clothes and shoes for his birthday and they both had a great experience there is a great variety and the sizes are brilliant and everything he liked was available. Because of this I will continue to fully support this business. They have absolutely nailed the gap in retail .. So many stores are selling horrendous fabrics that are poorly cut. This shop is the one! My teenagers can now dress relaxed but still look effortlessly well dressed because the fabrics are awesome and the cuts are on point! You get what you pay for. Very very happy!! Thank you route one!

Genuinely great customer service when I received a t-shirt with a small tear in it. Maddi at Routeone responded to my emails quickly and I was able to return the item and receive a replacement quickly and with absolutely no fuss. Really pleased with how it was dealt with!

sent wrong shoes & told me they never stocked the shoes that were sent
sent the complete wrong order and was told i would be emailed back with in 24 hours but took 2 days and then told me they didn’t send it because they have never stocked it. i spent £80 and now im going to have to spend more to return it and because they sent me the wrong shoes in the right box idek if ill get my money back.

I was lucky getting some great shoes…
I was lucky getting some great shoes that were in the sale and then weren't the 3 for 2 offer. Saved a huge amount. 2 of the pairs were spot on. Came as they should. The 3rd pair came with detached tags, no paper in the box and the light grey suede top boxes has black scuffs on them. Like a display or used pair. That took the shine off what should have been a great experience.
