When one of the most stressful times your family has to experience i cannot recommend roxys rainbows highly enough. So kind,caring, helpful and empathetic. Thank you ! Our boy was back home the next afternoon after suddenly losing him the evening before.Do not hesitate to contact.

This company is superb. I used them 2 years ago to cremate Missy. Had to call them out Easter Sunday. No probs, came within a half hour to save my lovely Harvey having to wait till next day. Dedication is absolutely outstanding. Giving up their time to help in difficult times. Totally in awe of this company.

Totally recommended.

After 17 wonderful years we had to put our little friend Bauer Liddle to sleep. The care and consideration from Roxysrainbow was excellent. They informed us that they had collected Bauer from the vets on Saturday and assured us of their lovely care .
On Sunday morning we received a call to tell us that they were able to fetch his ashes to our home.
It made a really hard time a little more bearable.

Everything about dealing with Roxy's Rainbow has made a very heartbreaking time much more bearable. The communication was excellent throughout and afterwards, the pick up from our home was dignified and prompt and we knew at all times where our little pup was and at what stage of the process he was in.
On the day, Lewis was in the area waiting for our call so when our little buddy was ready he was just around the corner. He let me carry the dog to his van on his bed which I felt I needed to do, then he explained what else would happen.
We recieved the ashes the next day and they let us know exactly when he'd be back so we could both be there to recieve him.
They included a couple of paw prints and some fur clippings, as well as a hand written card which was a really nice touch. There was also a certificate to say our furry pal had been treated and cremated with dignity and care.
Honestly can't recommend them enough, they were empathetic, professional and very competitively priced.
Thank you so much for looking after our boy on his final journey.

An excellent service, treated our dog with dignity and gave us the space we needed to say goodbye when they picked him up. Ashes back within 24 hours, excellent.

Sadly my 14-year-old dog pass away, and I called this company to seek help in arranging a cremation for her All I can say is how wonderful, and caring they were, they came straight after my phone call. Thank you for being so kind and sympathetic at a very emotional time .
