I received an excellent standard of service. I dealt with an artist named Claire. The communication was very prompt and efficient. The finished drawing of our recently deceased, beloved family dog Winston was absolutely lovely. It was a birthday present for my wife and she cried when she opened it. I ordered a royal portrait of my puppy Winston and wanted to have it delivered in time for Christmas. Claire was incredibly helpful and there was plenty of communication every step of the way. I received the portrait in plenty of time for Christmas and I'm delighted with the quality of it. The customer service is second to none and make this company a pleasure to deal with.
