Very careless with private information...

My flat sale fell through twice completely incompetent slow .no chasing no corresponding appalling service. If not giving a hoot was a prize .guess who would win

The team of Lisa and Sophie are first rate. Together they have handled a difficult house purchasing transaction with great professionalism without losing the human touch and are really great to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It's difficult choosing a solicitor to handle you're business. When my older cousin passed away and I found that I was chosen as executor to his last will I did notice that he had used Roythornes for the Probate work of his Mother's estate when she passed away.

I made the right choice in following who he used and got in touch with Rebecca who I can't praise high enough for her expertise and professionalism, she gets things done! For instance, when the Grant of Probate was issued and delivered by post to her office, it was sent that very day to conveyancing solicitors in Leicester who were handling the sale of my cousins house. Communication is good, you always know what is going on.

Could not recommend Lisa and Sophie at Roythornes in Peterborough enough. Myself and my partner had an offer accepted on our first house in Mid - May at the peak of the stamp duty holiday coming to an end and thanks to them, we managed to get it through to complete on June 30th. Despite being an extremely busy period, we still received excellent service and communication throughout, Lisa even sent our reports out while on annual leave to give us the best chance of getting it through. Any emails were responded to on the same day and the whole process was completely stress free. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Sophie Cylkowski is an absolute legend. Lisa Newman is not to shabby also. Sophie was pleasant, efficient, informative and most important of all she’s super responsive. Always responded to my emails with 15 minutes.

Bloody slow, have to chase for everything while costs mount

I had my conveyancing sorted by Roythornes on my new flat, as a first time buyer (and someone buying alone) I felt completely confident in their hands was kept updated throughout.

Martina, my conveyancer kept me up to date and chased the other side to move things along whenever necessary.
