I have to say - buying something for $5000 without seeing it is very stressful. The ONLY thing we regret is not reading the description fully (it was all there in black and white)! Jared was extremely responsive to emails and very accommodating when I realized I had forgotten to order something or something came damaged (VERY minor). The cabinets are excellent quality, real wood, and not flimsy at all. They are very sturdy and look great in our new kitchen!

Both Jared and Lisa were very helpful and knowledgeable about kitchen design and installation. 5 stars for their professionalism and customer service. I’ve not received the RTA cabinets yet but from what I read, they are an excellent value. I’ll post back after delivery, assembly, fit and finish. Thank you Lisa and Jared for your patience and advice.

I would have given four stars because of how quickly the order was filled and the cabinet quality. However, the communication was lacking as to when the shipment was to arrive. I was under the impression I would have been given a 24 hour notice when the cabinets would arrive. Did not hear anything until my neighbor called me to tell me the cabinets were sitting in the street next to the curb. Thankfully, no one bothered them and the weather was clear. Still need to open all the boxes, but they look to be in good shape. Everything that I ordered arrived.

I paid for my piece to be overnighted and it arrived two days later. This delayed the project and when I called and spoke to Jared he blamed me. Not sure how that works. I will use Kitchen Cabinet Kings from now on who offer way better service. I believe I deserve a refund for the shipping.

Labor involved in assembly is significant. Instructions can be a bit vague. But overall quality is good and savings over the ready to install cabinets is significant.

Jared and Lisa from RTA direct went above and beyond my expectations. They were quick in responding to my inquiries, quick to return phone calls and extremely helpful in helping me design my kitchen. They even accommodated my delayed shipping request and last minute changes I needed to make to my order. I would most definitely recommend this company. Such a high level of customer service is hard to come by!

so far during this process everything has been great have cabinets installed had order few more filler than originally thought needed they came in timely fashion when i get everything complete will send rta pics of total job

Quick turn around from the time I ordered and received the cabinets. Just started putting them together so far they seem to be a good quality cabinet and you can't beat the price.
