RTS Tactical Reviews

Love it very very very much thanks again

Good price value. Customer service helped getting package delivered when caught in transit.

I was very excited about receiving my plate carrier since my previous experience were amazing. But this time I've noticed the quality has gone down on their products. Ventilation that I love and brag about is no longer there, shoulder straps cushion feature is also gone.

I had looked up the company online and found their location close by so I called to see what they had in stock to find out they only do online purchasing and the address I had was the manufacturer, nonetheless I spoke with Cody who was very helpful and helped me find what I needed he spoke me through online to see what I was looking for and unfortunately the website was having issues and I was not able to make my purchase Cody was able to help me over the phone not only with information but as well as making my purchase. Service was outstanding and very helpful I recommend to anyone. I use these plates for work purposes and wear them everyday. The weight is awsome and quality of the plates are amazing. Cody thank you for your help with my purchase and thank you for your service.

Exactly what I wanted. Fit and the help finding it was phenominal.

Not a fan. They didn't include everything i ordered. I'm still trying to get what i paid for.
They also had SOME of their gear go on sale less than a week after I bought. They said they wouldnt discount what I bought because it wasn't the same thing but the link they sent me i couldn't see a difference.

I need a more over sized side plate for better coverage the plates and plate pouches are fantastic and do exactly what I needed them to do . So thank you and I'm sure you will have my business in the years to come so keep making great products.

Called them directly to place an order for a plate carrier through their Law Enforcement sales division. Was treated like royalty and had my carrier shipped extremely fast. When it came, it was loaded with swag items and a very kind message from the company. Couldn’t be a bigger fan of this company. 🫡

Material is perfect
I love the product
Very comfortable

First off, I have to admit that I am a “problem” customer. That said, RTS Tactical has went above and beyond to help solve the problem that I myself created. They now have a customer for life. Now, that might not mean much when you consider the fact that this equipment is so well built. Chances are I won’t “need” to replace this stuff for a long, long time…if ever. To me, that makes their customer service even more impressive. Buy their stuff, you won’t regret it…BE FEARLESS!

Good quality and heavy duty . Highly recommended.

My department just purchased the RTS Tactical Premium plate carrier which are great! I wanted to add some AR mag pouches. By ordering from RTS I was able to get the correct pouch for my vest and matching color.

Excellent products and prices for the gear that’s needed by the average prepared citizen. Keep up the great work. Not the first time buying from you guys and it won’t be the last.

I had an issue with my order but the customer support team was right there to fix it asap.

Update to 2 stars- Order was delivered very quickly once they received it.
Placed order 3 weeks ago. Still hasnt shipped. John responds to emails with hopefully it will ship next week. Considerable trustworthiness issue for a company im trusting my life to. Terrible experience so far. I would cancel but ive waited so long now its like wth.

For a steel-based Level III+ plate, the RTS Tactical LWR5 checks the right boxes: thin, lightweight, solid build quality, and backed by a company known for good customer service and quick shipping.

Great product for the price and allows for versatility in configuration as well.
