I'm extremely dissatisfied with Ruby Sweeps Casino, which is disappointing because, at one point, I actually liked them. Unfortunately, my experience has taken a drastic turn for the worse.
As a player who referred others, I was supposed to receive rewards, but they never materialized. It's frustrating and feels like a slap in the face. I followed their referral program rules and brought in new players, but they didn't hold up their end of the deal.
Their communication is also unprofessional. They send out emails congratulating players on redeeming rewards, only to follow up with a "gotcha" email. It's insulting and shows a lack of respect for their players. I've received these emails multiple times, and it's infuriating.
Furthermore, their customer support is virtually non-existent. I've reached out to them multiple times with questions and concerns, but they rarely respond. When they do, it's often with a generic response that doesn't address my issue.
I strongly advise against playing at Ruby Sweeps Casino. Their unreliable nature, poor customer support, and unprofessional communication make them a casino to avoid. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere for a trustworthy online casino.

Staff is nice, but the games are terrible. No bonus buys, they all play almost the exact same.

So yesterday I wanted to deposit and stuff on Ruby sweeps, and so I asked them about the redemption part in case I won that if for some reason wouldn't verify me. But my account was verified, so today, this is the response I get back from them.
It's not like they're the best online could see no. Anyways, they don't barely have nothing on their website. And they're rude.

I love this site. There aren't a lot of games to choose from... but the ones they have are different from the other casino sites and very fun to play. I have redeemed twice and it's not an instant payment, but they do process them quickly. My favorite game is the Duck Pool. The daily wheel spin is the absolute best of all daily rewards. It doesn't always land on the smallest possible amount either. I have gotten up to $15 on the wheel more than once and $5 a few times, $2, $3, and $1 are the most common. That's incredibly generous compared to other sites.

I redeemed for the first time a few days ago. I redeemed over 500 emeralds and the money was in my bank within 17 hours! So fast!

I did another redemption for over 700 emeralds yesterday, and as expected they needed some info for the 1099 form. I filled that out and the redemption was approved immediately. It's been another 24 hours since the redemptions says succeeded but this time no "payment sent" email. I also made a 3rd redemption this morning for only 115 emeralds and it is stuck in pending.

I want to be positive and if these redemptions come quickly i'll be a regular player!

I love playing the games. I have cashed out a few times. I do wish for more games. Most games are always .25emeralds to play.
I am upset as their Social Media page is filled with scammers commenting telling them to fill things out or go to a page to get the reward. I recently let them know. I was thanked with 3emeralds. I also never when any of the social media post games. But they have never posted under the winners accounts who won. I feel they should share that so we know and can congrats the winners. But if you can't even see that on you social media page scammers commenting to your players especially when you don't have more than maybe 50-100 comments do you actually give the prizes? I really like the platform and hate to give this bad of a review. I just want to be honest so others will know what theyare getting into playing on the platform.
