I bought the new World cup England top form this place. It arrived far too small. Sent it back as per their rules. Even though I have proof it has been delivered they are saying they cant find it and have offered 20% of my next purchase. I want my money back not a discount. Shocking service from this bunch. They wont see another penny from me.

Ordered on the 11th September arrived on the 23rd September. The orders take a bit of time but they do arrive that’s important. I’d have given 5 stars if the delivery didn’t take too long. But I still thank you for the service.

Ordered a polo top for trip to Ieland and paid extrs for 1/2 day delivery.
After 5 days still not arrived and now too late to be warn at event.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering because if I had I would not have ordered.

Well I said I would give an update about my experience with Rugby Store after a rocky start and a lot of mistrust I must admit they turned out great.
I phoned and emailed on a number of occasions and was worried about my order but then I received an email and my product turned up today was very impressed so my apologies publicly to Rugby Store thank you very much

Ordered 4 days ago and still hasn’t arrived. Emailed customer service and no reply. Have phoned multiple times and no answer. No tracking information given.

Hoodie looked nothing like the website images and poor quality. No refund on the postage.

Ordered 9 days ago and haven’t received anything despite paying £4.99 for 1-3 day delivery. Emailed customer service and they informed me that they hadn’t even received the item from the third party.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts for my son. He wore one and then told me they were a bit small. I packaged the 2nd pair (unworn) to return for a new size and forgot to send it for about a month. When I finally returned them, there were no questions asked and no quibbles and before I knew it, the correct size arrived on my doorstep, even though my return was late.

The hoodie I ordered recently was top quality, and delivery was fast. Have just ordered from them again.

Amazing experience overall ordering merch from rugby store. Items arrived well packed and the personalisation was done well. I initially made mistakes in my order of not claiming a couple of free offers and they had no problem altering my order to allow me to claim the offers. Would definitely use them again for all my rugby needs :)

Finding wide fitting, size 14 rugby boots for my son is difficult. I ordered Canterbury Stampede boots from Rugbystore: they arrived 2 days later; are a perfect fit; and came with a free boot bag. Result: one very happy son plus one very relieved mother!

I ordered some rugby boots, and found them far too narrow. I contacted the shop and honestly Rachel couldn't have been better. 100% for customer service, followed up, made sure all was ok. Truly awesome.
Amazon, Sports Direct, all need to take note. New boots, great fit, perfect.

What a fantastic shopping experience!! Unsure when purchasing what size to buy, upon phoning Rugbystore, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable of the products they provide. This is what customer service is about!

Ordered an XL size polo (normally I take L but wanted to be on safe side). Shirt that arrived was labelled XL but was way too tight - no way an accurate description. They refunded the cost of the shirt but I had to fork out £7.60 for outward and return shipping which was not refunded, all on account of the misleading size labelling. I will not use this company again.

Update: you must be joking if you think I will order anything else from you after this experience. I am a pensioner and can't afford to throw away money like this.

Excellent service, I had ordered 2 items and both were Macron make. The size ( large) was too small although it did say the correct chest size for me. I telephoned customer service and explained my issue. I returned the items on the Wednesday afternoon and the next size up (XL) arrived with me on Friday afternoon. The quick turnaround was very much appreciated. I will use them again.

Brilliant shopping experiences - have phoned the store on a couple of occasions for help - Fran and Rachel couldn’t have been more helpful by providing me with first class support and advice. This company has to be No1 in the UK for players and fans alike - very wide range - fantastic prices

My new boots and gumshield arrived next day. I paid 6.99 for 1-2day delivery but with the royal mail strikes etc I was a bit worried. I didn't need to have been. Rugbystore.co.uk turned the delivery around in less than 24 hours. Exceptional service, and I look forward to place more orders in the future. Keep up the awesome work.

Made a order beginning of December that never arrived, but on the Royal Mail website says it’s been delivered, with a photo of a total different name and address. Have emailed numerous times with no response.

Arrived prompty but disappointed in quality. Manufactured in Pakistan. Collar is not an integral part of garment and appears to be sewn on. Buttons do not fit button holes properly. Have not washed it yet but hate to think what will happen?
