Rug Couture - Exact Rug Reviews

It was easy to make pattern and colour selections. Every effort was made to ensure we were happy with our choices, prior to actual production. There was good communication regarding shipping and delivery. We are delighted with the appearance and quality of the rug and have received many compliments on our purchase.

All went according to plan, including delivery. Very pleased with the rug

We have now purchased 3 rugs and been very pleased with the results. Excellent customer service and rugs have been very good quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely return in the future. Thanks

The company is reliable, efficient and keep you informed of the progress. And that’s very important.
Pattern design were exactly what we chosen.
Shedding remains I gathered that’s expected.

Samples supplied quickly. Quick response to my questions and delivered on time and well protected.
Very pleased with quality.

Rugs arrived and we are very pleased with them. Now waiting for a further two rugs which we ordered 5 weeks ago.

Delivered on time…top quality product…helpful colour samples

extremely happy with the 2 rugs I've purchased in the last 3 years. The quality is exceptional, very soft underfoot. the colours are slightly different to how they appear on screen but samples sent no problem until I found the right ones. The rugs arrived earlier than anticipated with excellent communication throughout. Would highly recommend rug couture for a quality rug in exactly the colours you want

Perfect - Lee was exceptional in dealing with a problem. Rug is lovely...!

Great company, very helpful, excellent website and they didn't mind even when I asked silly questions, the rug is beautiful, great quality and arrived when they said it would.

Great product range of high quality. Good communication re progress of bespoke product.

The interface over the design was very effective and the rug was delivered on time and matched the design.

I found the website easy to use and I was kept up to date with each process leading to delivery. My rug arrived on time and looks great.

Totally efficient from beginning to end. No matter who answered the phone, they were always on top of my order - minimum fuss. I ended up with a fantastic rug, much admired by friends and family. Thank you

Our beautiful and individual contemporary rug arrived safely to our home after less than 2 months. Amazing!

I am extremely impressed by the whole process of ordering and delivery. The website was excellent and my personal communication with staff was extremely helpful. Every aspect of the design and colour sample delivery process, ordering and timely completion of the individualised rug was trouble free. DHL were very efficient with the speedy delivery of the samples colours. There were a few issues with delivery by a local courier firm but after a couple of phone calls the issues were resolved. The outer hard plastic layer of packaging was slightly damaged at some stage in the rug’s journey to Australia, but as the rug was so well wrapped, the two inner plastic layers ensured the rug arrived in pristine condition.

I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone who may wish to order a high quality New Zealand wool personalised rug. It has all been such an easy process!

I love my new rug, it’s beautifully made, and very plush to walk on. I would have liked one of the colours to be a little darker, but that was my choice, but overall I have a very colourful rug in my entry hall. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other companies I looked at.

My rug arrived on Monday the 12th of September after ordering/paying on the 17th of June. I was made aware it would take some time to arrive.

I requested a quote for my rug through the rug couture website, the process was relatively easy. I had samples of the colours I'd chosen delivered very quickly which helped with my decision making process. The design was sent through and it was almost exactly what I wanted. I asked if the lines in my geometric design could be made the same thickness as one was noticeably narrower than the other. The re-design was sent through and it was then exactly what I wanted.
The overall experience was a good one, however the shipping did take a long time. This is understandable though, sending a 3 metre long, 75kg rug internationally is bound to take a while.

From start to finish, a professional company.
I selected a number of colours for samples which were sent promptly ( at no charge)
Then the pattern decision…. Only negative I have is not being able to change orientation of pattern.Ordered 2 rugs, they arrived at my door safely and well packed within the time I was told. They look and feel beautiful will use again
Thank you Rug Couture
