Rug Couture - Exact Rug Reviews

Absolutely beautiful rug! The best part about the purchase process is the fact that the site lets you customise the colours to suit what the customer is looking for.
Interacting with Lee was a very pleasant experience throughout, highly recommended!

Quick responses to questions and kept us up to date with progress. Rug is beautiful and nice and cozy. Thank you will buy again.

Great rugs…colour and design exactly as we wanted and excellent communication from the team regarding delivery etc. Thank you.

Our order was processed efficiently and great care taken to ensure that we were going to get what we had in mind. Kept us informed of developments. Completed rug was delivered today and looks great. Exactly what we wanted but couldn't find elsewhere. Excellent quality.

The communication and responses to queries were extremely prompt and accurate. The quality of our rug is excellent and is exactly as shown on the sales catalogue on line. Delivery from India despite the situation with Covid was seamless although there was a small delay in the making of the rug.

Professional, communicative, on time delivery, great product!

My experience with Rug Couture was very positive. My indecisiveness during the selection process was met with patience and understanding by Lee who remained professional and extremely helpful. Although there was a delay in delivery - largely due to covid - I received my runner in excellent condition and I absolutely love the finished product. Mine was a big purchase so I was nervous about the end product. I now know these fear were unfounded as I couldn't be happier with the quality and service offered. Thank you! I will likely be back soon.

Always satisfied with product and shipping. Beautiful rugs and they are exactly what you expect. Great customer service.

What a fab idea and the rug was exactly as we expected. A sure 5 star service except that our rug had a small fault on the edging. We were dealt with extremely quickly even so and the rug was collected the next day for sorting.

Excellent service! Rug just as expected but for me the most helpful thing was the number of samples I was sent when requested. I chopped and changed my mind about what I wanted and was sent so many shades in the tone I was considering. ( I was trying to match some sofas) I wasn’t able to visit the showroom due to Covid but didn’t need to as all the samples were sent to me. The quality of the rug is excellent but the customer service is what was really so impressive. Thank you ! Will be using you again for the next one

Excellent service. Fantastic good quality bespoke hall runner. We are delighted.

Great quality and excellent service. Kept us informed on delivery, professionally packed and delivered. No hesitation of recommending this company.

Terrific, we were very pleased. Designed a rug got sent samples everything efficient and well managed. Definite recommend.

The whole experience of dealing with Rug Couture has been a pleasure. It is so good to be able to play around with the designs and colours and get exactly what you want. The sample colours arrived within two days and after I submitted my order the graphs for me to approve were sent very quickly .We were very impressed with the efficiency and the fact that all given dates were adhered to even in these uncertain times. When the rugs arrived the colours were perfect and they were so well-made, with great attention to detail. We are delighted with them! I will certainly be contacting Rug Couture again when we need another rug and would highly recommend them
