Looks to be a good product, although a bit overpriced. I thought the running bibs would be larger. Considering I didn't feel I had many choices for my needs, I believe this product will work during X-... Toon meer

Service was fast and professional. The running tank I bought is comfortable and the quality of the reflective screen print is good.
Very happy with the reflective tee shirts I ordered. Both the quality and fitting are great. I did order the incorrect size and they were quick to reply and made it very easy to exchange.

This company is great
This company is great! Amy did a custom shirt for me. Had it designed and delivered in a week. Highly recommended!

Custom design
I wanted a custom design in reflective material for a themed midnight half marathon and Amy was so helpful. She walked me through the process and options and her first proof was spot on to what I was picturing. We got the shirts a few weeks later and I love the way they came out. We're looking forward to wearing them for the race.

Hi Traci,
I'm sorry, I didn't have a voice mail from you. My email is all over the website. The measurements of those arm bands are correct, I just checked it myself.
(From the product description)
*Measures 2” x 13” and stretches to 20”
Wording can be customized if desired, email before purchasing. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges since they're custom made on demand.*
I'll make an exception & allow a return on this order if you'd consider amending your review above a one-star even though we don't normally take them back. I hope that you'll respond, thank you.
Amy was great to communicate with.

International delivery nightmare - and bad behaviour by Ruseen
Ordered two shirts, to be shipped to the UK. Paid significant postage and packaging charges.
After three weeks, they still hadn’t arrived and so sent a query to their contact email. I was informed that it looked like it was still shipping, and that they couldn’t provide me with any more information.
2 weeks later (and after plenty of emails from me, none of which were responded to), it transpires that they are suck in customs as Ruseen didn’t pay the correct tax on them. I email Ruseen asking about this, why they haven’t paid the right sums, and whether they can cover this - all to no reply.
Eventually I had to shell out from my own pocket to allow them to pass customs. But not happy.
Terrible customer service, and just downright scummy for a company to a) screw up the import taxes, and b) not admit their mistake and pay for them when they are asked for - especially after charging for such high export fees in the first place.

This is a link to your country's law.
It's illegal for me to click gift--I have to declare that it's merchandise & its' value on the customs declaration when I ship every package out of the US. There is absolutely no option for my company to pay your country's taxes & duties, that's not how it works. I was unable to track the package on my end either, I saw it sit at Heathrow for weeks just like you did. I told you our post office doesn't help once it's overseas. And we did not inflate your shipping price at all--there were no packaging or handling charges, that's the USPS rate and that's cheaper than UPS or other shippers.
I see I missed one email when I was out of town on a Saturday (when we were closed), you have my apologies for that. The one thing in my power to resolve and you leave a one-star review. We'd appreciate you amend your review. Perhaps you should contact your government about their policies instead.
*Once again, RUSEEN is not responsible for the shipping price, time delay & taxes that your country requires of its' residents.*
Just what we were looking for!
Great fit. Very reflective. Perfect for early morning runs!

Great stuff
Great stuff. Their sizes run small, so just be aware of that. I usually wear large but from reading all the reviews I ordered up a size and so glad that I did because it fits perfectly. I wish they were a little bit longer in the body, however. But still great products and I will definitely buy from them again.

Gear for Blind Athletes
My wife and I chose RUSEEN because I am a blind athlete and she is my sighted guide through life and adventures. When running and hiking, I needed a symbol of my blindness so my fellow runners, hikers, first responders, and drivers know I am not fully sighted. The athletic long and short sleeve shirts with "Blind" printed in reflective material keep me, my wife, and all around us safe while enjoying the outdoors. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Highly Recommend
A friend of mine bought one of your shirts at a race expo, and when I saw it I wanted one. It came in the mail and I love it! Fits great, love how the everything printed on it is reflective, and I love the design (there better be wine at the finish line). Will definitely shop the website again!
