I highly recommend buying the beard master duo- it’s extremely high quality and has provided me the smoothest and most even beard trim ever- it effortlessly blends and shapes the beard.

Also I highly recommend the daily radiance serum for smooth and youthful looking skin.

Love Russell's Shave Club! I use my trimmers every week to do my beard, and I'm still surprised by the amazing quality. Trimming length is no problem, but the precision pros are what stood out for me. Nearly as good as using a cut-throat razor. Clean shave every time!

For the Christmas holidays my partner gifted me one of the Barbershop quality tools they have called the Precision Pro, it’s done wonders for shaping my beard and keeping it looking clean and maintained. Along with that I was also given a bottle of Aurelius, one of their signature fragrances that I enjoy and wear very often as we are both a huge fan of the fragrance. Would highly recommend for self purchase and make great gifts all year round.

I bought the Precision Pro trimmer for my husband as a Christmas gift, and he absolutely loves it. He says it’s easy to use and very sharp for precise beard detailing. The free Aurelius perfume sample was a lovely bonus too — a gift I’m really happy I chose.

Except packaging nothings good about the product, cheap amazon trimmers are sharper than those trimmers, poor quality product.

Of course there are many positive reviews — that’s the only reason I decided to give it a try. However, I only used it once (not even for a full shave), because the quality was far below what was advertised and nowhere near what I expected.
I was not aware of the 45-day money-back guarantee when I purchased it. Had that been made clearer, I would have returned it immediately, as I never used it again after the first attempt. In my opinion, the product feels like a cheap AliExpress item placed in a nice box and marketed as something premium.
For the money I spent, I would have much rather added a few more quid and bought a proper professional barber tool. I’m not asking for a refund at this stage — I want to make it clear to others what they are actually paying for. From my experience, this product is simply not worth the money.

Used till the first charger. Died! Didn't work after. Leave it for a month ( received a label from them for returning for repair) didn't do it ,just tried once again if it works. All good! After a few charges died again and forever. Threw it out! Spent £42 for Chip Temu product.

I have used many shavers but this is by far the best shaver i have ever had, i would definitely recommend.

I recently picked up the Precision Pro Beard Detailers from Russell’s Shave Club and they are fantastic. The shave is smooth, precise, and feels like a real upgrade. The box and packaging were first class, and it even came with an unreal scent that made the whole experience feel premium.
On top of that, the customer service has been excellent. Alex at the company has been brilliant — really helpful and assisted me with additional enquiries without any hassle at all. Couldn’t be happier with the product or the service, and I’ll definitely be recommending Russell’s Shave Club to all my mates!

I’ve ordered a few times from them now, if ever there’s a problem they fix it with minimal fuss. Their aftershaves (especially Aurelius) smell amazing and the little freebies they often give are a really nice touch. I never spend more then £10-£15 on aftershave normally but after trying Aurelius I knew I’d want more. It lasts days once you spray it on, unlike others that might last an hour or two if you’re lucky. It’s a brand I trust and one I’ll keep going back to 👍

Ordered a precision trimmer and the beard master for my partner for Christmas. Very impressed of quality however the beard master was faulty. Contacted the company on Christmas Day and had an email back the same day. They were very apologetic and sent a replacement out along with a complimentary case for inconvenience. Fantastic customer service and partner was impressed with results. Will recommend this company. The free sample of aftershave that came with the kit smells amazing and will definitely be ordering a big bottle.

My wife ordered a set two days before Christmas and was relieved that it arrived on time. Great packaging and just had my first Shave/trim and a great product that feels great and surpasses anything that I’ve previously used.
Free sample in too which was a nice bonus.

Highly recommended the precision pros, saving me loads of time and money on trips to the barbers.

Brought a full set for Christmas, after leaving a comment on there youtube video I was surprised to get a phone call from them after they found me on there data base to talk to me about the product. They also offered to send me a free carry case, there customer service is amazing, there products look great and feel great.
They also sent a few samples of there aftershave that was surprisingly really nice

Purchased a beard trimmer from Russell's shave club and made a small error with the type of shaver needed, contacted them and they were very helpful and helped me find the correct shaver that i needed? Great customer service and the shaver is really good.

Recently ordered Aurelius and can honestly say this is my new favourite fragrance. Nailed it guys.

Got a tester for Aurelius with my new trimmers and decided to give it a go. Wow, never have I received so many compliments.

My go to Aftershave from now on

I bought a cutthroat razor and shaving gel. It came with a sample of the Aurelius aftershave that smells amazing! It smells so good that I’ve now bought the full size. All the products are great and I will definitely be buying from here again

This complaint is about the provided service. Ordered goods and got refunded next day without any email or SMS. Tried to understand what happened through the online chat but the responses are very slow - asked the question at 12:12, received first response at 12:24. The following question from the support clearly shows that my message wasn't read. It's 12:45 right now, still waiting for the response. Also, finding strange that the legal name of the company isn't shown on the website. For anyone who's interested, it's KM RETAIL GROUP LTD.
