Purchased an absolutely beautiful anniversary edition L6 gsxr1000 from Craig, and I actually bought it over the phone without even seeing the bike on recommendation from himself, that I would not be disappointed with the bike. He Emailed over some paperwork for me to sign and he organised delivery from his garage to me in ireland. The whole process was absolutely faultless and the bike itself was absolutely flawless, as he had described it. An absolute gentleman to deal with.

A big thank you to Colin who looked after me whilst I was torn between two bikes. Colin was extremely patient and helpful and I ended up getting a mint 2002 bandit which was the right choice. I did have one slightly unhelpful telephone call with another guy from the shop but so pleased with the bike. Thanks Colin!!!!

I live in oxford I ordered the bike came very quickly on delivery and the bike is amazing . I would recommend this company as I would use it again

The bike arrived with a tank full of rust, it needed a replacement tank. The rust destroyed the fuel pump. All the fuel pipes needed replacing, the injectors needed cleaning, the brakes went through an MoT with dodgy brakes - 13 year old brake fluid! The MOT tester should be fired. We'll see what Trading Standards make of this.

The bike I received was amazing

Don’t go there. They charged 2 hours for a 5-minute job, wasted 3 weeks of my time, and still didn’t fix the problem. Rude and unprofessional staff. Avoid this place.

Bought an RT1200 via online sale, with a trade in of my KTM. Craig and the team where fantastic, the bike was accurately described and delivered as promised. Really easy to deal with and great communication throughout. Amazing service and would use again without doubt.

Brought it unseen, a first for me , but needn’t have worried because it’s quite literally like new , just as described. Thank you too Craig for delivering the bike , and helping me get it through a very small door into my kitchen 😉 really couldn’t recommend them enough. Perfect 👌🏻

Just purchased an XT660R and it’s a cracking bike with low mileage for its year.
The bike was fully serviced with new tires and a fresh MOT and the delivery went without incident.
Craig is a great guy to deal with and totally professional.
I am over the moon with the bike and would highly recommend their services an excellent company.

My Son has bought a bike from RWF Motorcycles we live some distance away and my son is abroad and bought the bike blind. The team ther were extremely helpful and the bike is a credit to them..immaculate as described. On completing paperwork we explained my son wont be home for sometime but he should catch the tail end of the warranty, we were happy with that, but Craig offered to hold the start of that warranty till my Son was home. And he has honoured that. Many thanks for the great service and kindness.

Its my local motorcycle service and retailer. Been a few times since moving just over a year ago. Two bike household. Went this morning for help with a slow puncture. No can do unit next week. My 'bike is transport not a toy. When touring all over the world mechanics help bikers....not here at home. Thumbs down from me. I even told him I was shopping for two tyres on the back of the repair. Not impressed. off elsewhere to build trust and service.

If I could do 6 stars I would. Craig, what can I say other than thank you!!!! The finance company I was dealing with (not the one used by RWF who are amazing by the way) messed us around something rotten. Poor Craig had to deal with over 20 phone calls to get everything sorted but remained patient and allowed me the time to sort everything out. The bike is absolutely amazing, better than described (it's immaculate) and rides like an absolute dream. I've already done nearly 200 miles and I only got it home at midday (it's 19:30 now!!!). From start to end, RWF have been fantastic to deal with and it's clear it's run by bikers, for bikers. Couldn't ask for more and I cannot sing their praises highly enough. Despite being almost 100 miles away, next time I'm in the market for a bike there's only one number I'm going to call. Thanks again Craig, keep it shiny side up!
