Wow ive had some bad experiences before but wow RZ Cars are a complete joke they do not care about their customers.
I used motorway to try sell my call RZ Cars placed a bid they took 3 days after that to contact me with a collection date after i had called them multiple times.
They told me Friday between 9-11am and the person collecting will be driving the car so will be on public transport at that time i told them my car insurance runs out on that Friday and i have put a deposit on a new car for the following Monday regardless of that Friday came along and RZ Cars waited until 10:50am to text me and tell me the collection company have had a breakdown so they wont be turning up today and probably not early next week either even though they said they will be using public transport not a pickup vehicle so they are clearly lieng to me. Now i have no vehicle as my insurance has ran out i have lost my deposit on the new car and have lost £40 on a train for Monday to collect my new car. Of course im going to be unhappy RZ Cars refused to take any blame or responsbility they didnt care instead they sent me multiple texts advising me i need anger management help and ive got mental issues just because im getting angry because theyve let me down they are cluess and indenile even Motorway have said the dealership choose their own collection companies so it is their responsibility and fault this has happen and now im going to financially suffer massively due to this and they really dont care the most unprofessional unreliable company ive ever dealt with in the UK complete circus. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
