I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back. The place was clean, welcoming, and had a relaxing atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The treatment room was a good size with a comfortable massage table.

The therapist was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease throughout. The massage itself was excellent—one of the deepest and most effective I’ve had. When I asked for more pressure, she was happy to adjust it and really worked on all the knots and tension in my back and hips. She even stood on my back, which was a first for me, and it felt amazing!

If you’re looking for a proper deep tissue massage with someone who listens to what you want, I’d highly recommend this place.

Went for massage today it was one of the best massages I’ve had Suzy massaged me and Rosie massaged my daughter so relaxing and all the ladies who work there are lovely I highly recommend anyone in need of a massage to book up with these ladies absolutely amazing . We will be booking again.

This used to was my favourite place but in the last two months I have been given not the best service.Rushed massage, rude behaviour and time of the massage not respected .For the last two visits I felt like I am not a client more like intruder. Time for different place!

My experience with Sabai Leela Chelsea was beyond disappointing—unprofessional, rude, and completely dismissive. I initially went in for a facial, but what I received was a rushed, poorly executed service that left me feeling frustrated and concerned. When I raised the issue with the reception, they admitted that the therapist was both inexperienced and temporary, which only confirmed my dissatisfaction. I was promised a refund by Patrick as a remedy, but here I am, four months later, still waiting for my money despite numerous follow-up calls and messages. On enquiring multiple times, I was told they have done a refund, but refused to share a proof of refund. I even sent them bank statements to share that no refund was received. Yet no resolution was found.

The real shock came when I finally managed to speak to Patrick approx 4 months of follow up and instead of offering any helpful solution, he responded in a condescending, rude manner, essentially telling me to "come in, take your money, and go somewhere else for your service." I asked him if he was the owner and why would he tell me to so somewhere else when I have been a loyal customer. His dismissive attitude, lack of customer service skills, and unwillingness to help was appalling and unacceptable.
This is not just bad service; it’s blatant disrespect towards paying customers. Sabai Leela’s treatment left me feeling unvalued and ignored, which is no way to run a business. If you’re looking for quality service and basic respect, save yourself the trouble and avoid Sabai Leela entirely.

I’ve been here now 3 times I’m a runner and I highly recommend this place it’s a hidden gem. I’ve seen Tuk Tuk once and she was fantastic and now Naan twice both times different issues both times makes me feel so relaxed and very welcoming. Even though I missed my appointment at 1pm thought it was 2pm she got me in at 3pm. No problem at all she goes above and beyond and makes your aches and pains go away I walked in in pain and with a limp I walked out without a limp these ladies are miracle workers I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The hammer is amazing gets into points you didn’t think you had. I would not go to a physiotherapist anymore they don’t do half the amount these ladies do give them a go you will not regret it. I have even mentioned it to some of my running friends and they love the place 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😉👍🏼😁😁xx

I would recommend this place to anybody! Such a lovely calm relaxing environment and you’re put at ease straight away. I already feel completely relaxed and my shoulders have already dropped!

The best massage parlour - I found this little place accidentally- now go weekly without fail- staff kind, polite excellent - welcoming- professional. Sabai Thai is going from strength to strength with the addition of extra staff, so getting a 'Deep / Sports Massage' to iron out my tired limbs is easier now.
I had deferred my massages during the Covid outbreak, but feels great to get them back again.
Fully recommend them for all options on massages.

I had no expectations on what to expect but had a massage today with Anna and it was excellent! I had the full body thai massage and it's completely solved some ongoing issues I was having. I instantly feel better and a 4 week headache (I'm not joking!) has gone.

Anna was lovely and worked very hard to solve the issues I spoke to her about. I will definitely be booking regularly now!

It's the first time I've been here and what can I say....Wow! Nat who's knows what she is doing... I was at ease with a kind welcome. Having deep tissue massage relaxed all my body as my back muscles were tense. I've never had one before and this was my first time..... With a tranquil room, music and insent, the room had a perfect setting to start feeling better. Nat explained everything and was brilliant from the start.
