It is always easy to order from Sabeny.
They had everything I needed in stock and it was well packed and safely delivered to me. The quality of the items is always top-notch and it's so nice to be able to get Kosher items delivered to my door! Especially as there aren't any Kosher outlets in my area.

Great range, fast delivery, arrives in good condition.
All things considered, a great range of stock. I can't always find what I need but it's plenty enough to keep going from one delivery to the next, and the baked goods have really improved. They freeze and thaw well which really helps. The food always arrives in good condition and they use a reliable and fast delivery service. The ordering process is easy, and the staff are friendly and kind to deal with, which I really value. Altogether a positive experience and I feel I can rely on them. I highly recommend Sabenys.

Food good, delivery awful
Generally product received was almost as ordered & it was fresh BUT as usual delivery was AWFUL. As previously, despite me leaving message as requested in delivery company’s website & on front door, the delivery guy left the parcels on the front steps in the sun rather than putting them in box behind bush as indicated.

Good quality, tasty and well packed
This was my first order with Sabeny. The food is excellent, good quality and well made. Delivery was on time, and the frozen food was very well packed and still frozen when it arrived. The challahs were both fresh and soft and baked to perfection. Will definitely be ordering from Sabeny again.
However, the ordering process was difficult because many of the items do not have a list of ingredients. This makes it quite difficult to buy for people with food allergies / intolerances.
Also, it would be helpful to add weights or quantities to all the deli items so that I know how many of each item to order.
