The item took ages to come and I had to chase and when it arrived it did not fit so I requested a return where they offered me 10% of my purchase price! Meaning I get £4.50 back for a £45 dress. This is disgusting and I should of recieved the full refund! Do not buy from here

This company uses web photos from other sites. The dress I purchased was a cheap copy of the one advertised. I requested return info on several occasions and this hasn’t been provided. Last three emails I have received no response at all. Do not order from this company. I tried to cancel my order a few minutes after placing when I saw the terrible reviews, but the company wouldn’t cancel and went ahead, supplying a very cheap version of what was advertised.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered dresses in November it arrived in January. I wanted to return and it cost me £24 tracked. They still have not refunded me my amount. The dresses were also bad quality. Customer service is terrible at resolving anything.

Avoid this company.

I made repeated attempts to resolve a simple return directly, but was met with no response and no clear process whatsoever. Their website fails to provide basic return instructions, and customer service has been effectively non-existent.

Delivery was significantly delayed, and when I tried to return the items within my legal rights, I was completely ignored. After exhausting all reasonable options, I was forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank.

Even now, there has been no meaningful communication or effort to resolve the situation. I have been willing to return the items the entire time, but the company has failed to provide something as basic as a return address or instructions.

This experience shows a clear lack of accountability and a disregard for consumer rights. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.

Sent me a cheap dress from China made nothing like the photo advertised. I’ve been going back and forth in emails for over 4 weeks over this £50 order and I am getting no refund no help whatsoever. DO NOT USE CHINESE CRAP with high prices. It’s a scam don’t buy

Absolute joke from stat, items took month to arrive m, turned up damaged then no reply to emails.
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

This company is extremely poor and completely unhelpful. I purchased an item and tried to return it, only to be told the return would cost more than expected (around the same price as the actual item) and nothing on their website suggests this would be the case. When I questioned this, especially as they claim to be based in London, they ignored my concern and instead offered a 15% discount. I accepted it simply to avoid further back-and-forth, but this experience has put me off entirely and I will never purchase from them again.

HORRIFIC COMPANY

I have had the same experience as all of the other reviews in this page.

Company states it's based in London on their website but after going back and forward with multiple emails to be allowed to return the item I was provided an address for China to Mr Wu.

The website is lying about their business base and their customer service approach to returns is not in line with what is stated on the website. They will try and refuse returns until you force them, even then you need to pay out of your own pocket to ship to china then see if they then approve it. SCAM!!!

I have reported them to my bank and trading standards.

This company is a joke, the customer service is absolutely shocking! DO NOT ORDER FROM Safara London!!!

My order was not delivered within the agreed timeframe. I contacted customer service to request a refund, and was initially told in writing that I did not need to return the item, as return shipping would cost £20–£30 and they wanted to spare me those unnecessary costs.

Despite this, the company later refused to issue a full refund and instead offered only 25% as a “final offer.” This is not stated anywhere on their website. There is no clear disclosure that customers are only entitled to a partial refund in these circumstances, which I find misleading and dishonest.

They also claimed they could not process a return because they “do not have an address in the USA,” despite the fact that I am currently resident in the UK, making this explanation irrelevant.

Their inability to process returns or their internal policies does not override consumer rights when goods are not delivered as agreed. Repeated requests for escalation to a supervisor were ignored, and the tone of communication made it clear they were attempting to pressure me into accepting a partial refund rather than resolving the issue properly.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before ordering. The refund process is unclear, inconsistent, and appears designed to avoid issuing full refunds even when justified.

0 stars! Ordered a dress that was way too short. They asked for pictures to prove it! Totally inappropriate. I asked them 3 times to confirm deletion of the pictures from their database which they ignored. They offered me 10% refund to keep the item. What use is it if it’s too short. They told me to size up. What difference would that make to the length? None and would then be too big in the body. Endless emails arguing with them and getting nowhere. Scammers! You will not get your money back and rubbish products. DO NOT BUY !

Don’t give this company a penny. I ordered a dress on the 22/12/2025 which just arrived on 05/01/2026. When the dress arrived it was nothing like what had been advertised and was completely see through. Like many others on here they are refusing to give me a full refund and only offering 10%, 15% and 20% of the full amount.

Absolutely diabolical service. Placed an order on 6th November. Company delivered late to a wrong address. They have been looking into this as a ‘matter of urgency’ for at lesser a month. Do not bother shopping with this company. No appreciate things get delivered incorrectly but the customer care is non existent.

If I could leave 0 stars I would - Ordered 6th December and still no sign of my dress :)

Warning!! Do not purchase anything from this company. Trying to get a returns address and refund is a nightmare. They offer you 10%,15% and 20% refund from the original price and then remind you it’s better for the environment if you don’t send it back while informing you that the postage will cost YOU the customer £20-£30. Wish I had read the reviews first.

One star is too much, I wouldn't give it that. They are a scam, avoid this company. I ordered a dress and it was faulty, poor quality, nothing like what was advertised. They refused to give me a full refund and wanted to give a partial 20% refund. They have a scam website using other websites photos. They will ‘disappear’ in a few weeks no doubt looking at all the complaints on here and requests for a refund. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank and they have since refunded the money for the dress. Avoid these scammers at all costs if you are thinking of ordering.

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s a scam, don’t buy from here. You will receive a cheap knock off of good brands. Returns policy is a lie and a scam. Order took ages to arrive and did not fit. When I contacted the customer service, it was useless and unhelpful, Emma offered no help at all. Would not recommend buying from here.

I ordered a dress on 22nd November 2025! Eventually received it after having to hassle the sellers for weeks on end for it to even be dispatched. When it finally arrived on Jan 3rd 2026, the quality was most displeasing. Cheap material, poorly sewn together, straps were completely disproportionate and did not fit me at all! A scam site, do NOT fall for it.

Received the goods after a long waiting time. The dress had missing Larry’s of the corset and therefore can’t be worn as the loops on the back make it look abnormal. Wanted me to send it back which would’ve been £20-£30 and only offering me a partial refund which isn’t in the consumer rights as a return. Don’t puchase from here

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to on this one.

I ordered a dress from them, I received it late, but when I received it, it was poor quality and it do not fit me at all, I emailed them for a refund and for me to return the item, they offered me 15% refund and to keep the item as they said it would cost me £20-30 to return the item and it would take one month, in their website they said 30 days money back guarantee but it’s not true!!!! I will have to report them and dispute the money with my bank before all is resolved.

One star is being generous ! I ordered a dress on the 13th December , it is 30th December when order was said to be delivered in 2-5 days , tried tracking order and its taken weeks delivered from China . Even the tracking link is shady . My dress has been marked as delivered but I haven’t received item . Event is long over . The company replied saying they’re not responsible for shipping . No response from them for an order cancellation or refund . I doubt my dress was even sent or existed . I found the SAME DRESS , SAME MODEL PICTURE I ordered on babyboo fashion ( a more known UK fashion brand ) they definitely steal other websites pictures and label it as their own product . I can’t believe I fell for this .
