For the first time in my life I met very professional team and very pleasant and helpful.
As I have lots of problems with my eyes glad to visit them and am happy will b in good hands.

I was having serious problems with dry eye, largely the result of meibomian gland dysfunction owing to scarred/blocked ducts not oiling my eyeballs and tears therefore evaporating too quickly. A dry eye issue is rather complicated, but it's also commonplace - especially for those of us over a 'certain' age. I saw online recommendations about Safarian and Simon's clinic facilities, so visited their website and watched the video about dry eye syndrome prepared by Mr Sachin Patel. I thought "this guy knows what he's talking about", so I made an appointment for an assessment with Sachin and, as a direct result of that consultation, meibomian gland treatment. It was the best move I could have made. I've had my meibomian glands probed, which is a treatment that few can safely offer in the UK, within Safarian and Simon's 'dry eye clinic' which is in my opinion superb. I doubt that anyone with dry eyes could get better dry eye care inside any private hospital (dry eye treatment is not generally available on the NHS) or with any ophthalmologist privately when it comes to dry eye assessment and treatment. My dry eyes are now re-oiling nicely as a result of intensive treatment in Safarian and Simon's clinic and assiduous follow-on care at home. I highly recommend Safarian and Simon. Safe and superb.

I had an appointment today the staff were very professional and friendly from the moment I walked in. They have frames to suit all pockets and no hard sell. Honestly 100 times better than any chain that I have been to. I will go back.

Got my new pair of glasses from their Abbey Road branch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and exceptionally helpful throughout. They gave me the most thorough eye test I have ever had, and the optometrist gave me a huge amount of helpful information. 10/10 (actually, 11/10) :-) !
