I'd used Safe Tyres in 2021 and gave them a 5* rating then, so when I found I had an unexpected flat tyre I didn't think of contacting anyone else. Super professional service - would absolutely recommend.

Rapid response, quality service, good value. Aymen answered my call on a Saturday morning, sourced the exact tyre I requested, supplied and fitted at my work location within 2 hours of the initial call, kept me updated by message on his ETA, great comms. Excellent service, highly reccomended.

Really excellent and very professional. Came out with little notice and were on time. Jacked up car, found problem, fixed puncture, re-inflated and went. All in about 30 mins. Nice guys.

First time using Safe Mobile Tyres. Excellent service, punctual, trustworthy and felt in very good hands. Super quick to respond, would definitely use again and recommend to friends. Swapped my tyres around and pumped them with air (wish I had know about them years ago).

Excellent customer service.
No answer when we initially called but they rang back within a few minutes.
Had punctured 2 tyres and they offered a very reasonable price to come out and replace both of them. They advised they would move the good rear to the front so both new would be on the back. Even helped reset the system after tyres had been replaced.
Arrived in about 45-60 mins which was less than originally suggested.
Very friendly and professional.
Highly recommend them.

I had to avoid a cyclist who had a wobble, causing me to hit a keep left refuge, smashing my front and back tyres on the drivers side. Within 30 seconds I was almost down to the rims. Luckily for me I managed to stop in a side road without parking restrictions, in North London this is a rarity.
Contacted Safe Tyres who were very reassuring and after giving the name,number of my now gashed tyres plus my location and vehicle details, gave me two options on my choice of replacements.
I opted for Premium tyres as I don’t believe in “buy cheap, buy twice”, still extremely reasonable since my quote was for the call out, tyres, fitting etc.
He gave me an expected time and arrived earlier which was fantastic. In the meantime he had gone to the warehouse to collect two new tyres.
My knight in shining armour arrived, all smiles and despite the pouring rain, put the two new ones on the front axle and the older ones on the back axle, Then went to the menu on my dashboard (Skoda Octavia) and checked that the tyres were now back to normal. Just amazing service. I would highly highly recommend this company to anyone stupid enough to hit keep left signs!!! Hopefully I won’t do it again any time soon. Thank you Safe Tyres 🙏🙏🙏

Let me first start by explaining that it is evidentt by what your about to read that I am probably not the best driver on London’s narrow streets or just someone with some very bad luck on Saturday 01 December.

In either case, I keep an Audi in the garage as a pleasure vehicle for times when I simply can’t deal with London’s non existing public transport on the weekends. I am a Londoner with dual American / British nationality and split my time between the two countries.

Back to the point - SAFE TYRES is by far one of the most customer focused services I have come across in London in the 20 years I have lived in central London. Safe Tyres were there when I lneeded them the most despite having AA who incidentally NEVER answered the incoming emergency breakdown and recovery line along with a hand full of other 24 hour emergency mobile tyre replacement companies who ARE NOT AT ALL 24 hours.

I hit a median and blew out my front left passenger tyre after having done the same to the drivers side the day earlier in the day. Therefore was already using the spare. I was screwed and I knew it.

Regardless of either my personal circumstances be it bad luck or bad driver ( probably both ) I needed someone to help me and Sam with 24 hour service answered my call on the second ring at 2:40am and reached me in south london within 20min after sending my location. His first priority was to ask if I was safe. I automatically felt like someone finally was at my rescue. Had my trye in stock, fitted it replaced the tyre within 15 min.

Prompt / attentive / courteous and above all so reasonably priced for a emergency call out in the middle of the night.
