From my first telephone contact , to the job being finished I was delighted. The lady on the phone was lovely, the gentleman who visited my home to assess the job was charming, punctual and extremely detailed in explaining the process. It was great to hear that no money was due until the job was completed. The three men who actually fitted my new roof were wonderful. They were clean, extremely efficient, treated me and my home with the utmost respect. The finished job looks super. Very smart.

The whole process from quote to completion was as explained.All the staff were informative,polite,respectful of my property.Their workmanship is very good,cleaning up after themselves.So happy with the new look of my conservatory .

After leaving a negative review about overpricing on a quote I received a reply from sagars apologising for the “misunderstanding “ blaming it on the computer quoting system despite my initial quote being over the phone. The company asked me to contact them which I did and was told the owner would ring me to discuss.

I received a call from the owner and thought we would have a discussion about what went wrong and how our conversation could be proactive so other customers wouldn’t have the same experience, I’m a firm believer in that people should leave positive reviews when they have good experiences not just reviewing negative ones.

The call didn’t start well first sentence from him wasn’t one apologising and asking how it could be resolved like he had said in his response to my review his first words were “congratulations you are the first person to leave a negative review” I told him perhaps he should take that on board then so hopefully future quotes could be done properly he said he was the only one to lose out as it was his company who sent a surveyor on an 150 mile trip to give a face to face quotation.

I reminded him that in my telephone conversation I had told his company that I didn’t want to waste our time sending someone around if the quote given on the phone was going to be poles apart from the one the surveyor was going to give.

As it turns out the quote was double the quote given over the phone despite no changes being made to the size of the conservatory and no changes to the specs I had already given them, I felt the whole conversation was him trying to blame everyone else but themselves and that the competitive online and phone quotes are just a way of getting the foot in the door !

Too be fair he said he would look into it have a word with the surveyor and get back to me as of yet I’m still waiting for that phone call it seems like he just wanted me to take down my review rather than try and resolve the situation, I have no gripe with the company I’m sure they have done some good work but I can only comment on my personal experience and although we all make mistakes it is how they are out right that matters unfortunately the opportunity he had to do this he let himself down by not following up on his promises.

Got a few quotes for our large conservatory roof in Whalley, Sagars came round and did a face to face consultation, Peter was great and not a pushy salesman at all. He went through the options and we decided on the plastered ceiling finish inside with spotlights (all in the price). Communication was excellent throughout and the quote was highly competitive. The team of 3 came round a few weeks later and despite challenging weather worked really hard to get it all finished in a few days. The results are great and the lads onsite were polite and helpful throughout, can’t fault any of them. What a great company to deal with. Really pleased.

We would like to say that the service and back up we have experienced from the Sagars 365 Team has been superb. Not only have they installed a new roof and ceiling to replace the existing glass but also have sorted out some issues that were an ongoing problem from when when we initially had the conservatory installed.The benefits of this type of of roof have been very noticeable - most certainly warmer in winter but also the recent hot weather (May26) has provided for a cooler unit.

Having used Sagar 365 previously to insulate the inside of our conservatory, we felt confident that they would be our firm of choice to fit an outside light weight 'slate' roof. From our first dealing with Paula and Peter from the survey team to the fitters of Buzz, Lee, Nick and Alex, Sagar 365 have been superb. They have been friendly, professional, helpful and the workmanship has been wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and we are very happy with the outcome and would strongly recommend Sagar 365.

Very happy with our conservatory roof and very efficient workers. It was done within 4 days including removal of scaffolding. Very impressed with the end result. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
