Payout was easy and fast

Really easy to navigate website. Rapid response. Super quick transfer of loan funds at a favourable rate.

Pretty quick for a loan, but still a terribly set up website and app.
I spent hours trying to apply for one, as for a while I was sent in a loop.
I then had to restart the whole process as the site would not let me get to the address page.
Also if you get an advance, close to payday, they will only try once to take it by direct debit and then default to taking from your next payday.
This prevents accessing an advance for an entire work period.
