I am freelance photographer based in the Gold Coast. Samantha has asked me to take photos of one of her cleint based in Brisbane. After I did the photoshoot, I showed the client all the photos I have taken and asked him if he is happy. The client said he was very happy with the outcome of the photos. So I sent all the photos to Samantha. Samantha was very slack when responding to my emails. She did not even replied to my emails. I already sent her the invoice but she did not replied to me. I only charged a mere $150 for the photoshhot and Samantha did not even bother paying me for my services. She said she was not happy with the photos and wanted me to rectify it by doing another photoshoot with the client. If Samantha is that popular enough, why can't she just hire professional photographers for her clients, instead of looking for freelance photographers on Gumtree! I only do photography on weekends as a sideline job and because I enjoy taking photos, but I work full time as an electrical engineer. Find someone else who can help you with your love life. Or if you're a photographer and Samantha will ask you for your services, stay away.

I’m fairly disgusted and upset by how I’ve been treated by staff at Samantha Jayne relationship coaching, my overall experience has been negative. If you’re disabled or have a condition, don’t bother using this service as staff are discriminatory, non-accomodating and don’t want to deal with you at all. I’ve found staff communication to be lack luster and cold, they don’t at all make me feel like they care or want to help you succeed with your situation, they didn’t even bother reviewing properly what/how they do things to help you and the woman I spoke to on the phone, couldn’t get off the call quick enough.

Samantha Jayne has a lot of accolades on her website, and is a persuasive speaker on the phone, but once you have paid The Love Experts Institute she switches. I want to warn others because once I had paid and was granted access to her 'portal' I saw that the content was extremely lacking. I wanted help with online dating and knowing what to look for in dating profiles. I didn't want videos for weight-loss hypnosis and how to change yourself for a man. I asked for a refund and in the end she denied it on claims that her time replying to my emails was worth $500 and she had written me a dating profile. Firstly, if she had replied to my question in the first place, she wouldn't have had to spend '$500' of her time avoiding answering my emails. She even listed a whole bunch of other irrelevant fees too. Secondly, the profile she wrote, which was considered a 'bonus' for what I paid, was three short lines with typos and ended with 'msg me!'. I am in my twenties...
