Hi Danny
Thank you for your feedback, is this a product review or service review for ourselves, as this has been left as a review against us and your the product review is a 4 star rating. I can see no issues raised via our online chat or email ticket system?
We do not have no control over what is included in the Microsoft Package , however, we are aware that you can download more template from their website. For example Diploma templates can be found here... https://templates.office.com/en-gb/certificates
