I have recently joined Sanctuary and Alistair Guite has been great in terms of communication and sending me regular updates about jobs i might be interested in. I've now secured a role and Alistair continues to check in with me and has helped explain all of the processes to me. He is really helpful and responds very quickly, he also let's you know if he is away and who to go to when he is not available. Sanctuary and Alistair were recommended to me and I would highly recommend to any social workers out there looking to change to an agency role in the future.

Worst experience in getting compliance. Nonchalant. You chase up things and no one gets back, you call you hardly gets through,they promise just making things up.
Proceed with caution. I wouldn't deal with them. What a waste .
