This was my second time going locum so I returned to Sanctuary as this was who I was with back in 2015. Oliver Cooper was my agent and he was awesome, very friendly guy, got things sorted quickly if there were any issues and very transparent and gave good general advice and guidance about contracts etc. very happy customer

What a diabolical company

Phone over 20 times no reply. Chat bot kicks you off. No one in payroll replies. Reviews are bribes and fake! Please avoid this company like the plague !!

I have worked via sanctuary personnel for over 10 years all but 1 assignment and over the years have been extremely loyal to this agency however at the latter stage of my time with this agency my consultant became completely complacent and I was finding my own roles. When I decided to put my cv on Indeed and attract other agency's and interest having invested in sanctuary for over 10 years my agency consultant was annoyed and after explaining that social work is getting very tough and additional demands on LA'S etc impacting on social workers my consultant of over 10 years said that they would no longer be able to get me any more contracts which is ridiculous as I have several other job opportunities and this is continously not an issue and have excellent references. Given I was loyal to sanctuary personnel for over 10 years this is highly disappointing and in my view not good enough. Quite frankly its disgraceful.

Easy and straightforward

Too much paper work and duplicates

The process of registering with Santuary was quick and easy. The consultant sent all the relevant forms for me to complete and return electronically which was really convenient for me. I would recommend Sanctuary

I applied for a job in the Guernsey states coming from the uk was new to this, Craig Osbourne assisted me with everything I needed every step of the way any problem or concerns I had Craig dealt with this effectively and promptly nothing was ever to much.
Craig went above and beyond for myself and I would highly recommend amazing.

Craig was always there and efficient on everything we were requested doing.
I never had broken promises from Craig and he showed me what a true & humble gentleman he is. Always polite and hopeful which is what I needed at that time. I wish some of the representing agencies in our industry would learn from Craig what it takes to be that genius.
