I had a genuinely awful experience dealing with this company and i would recommend that no-one buys something internationally unless you are absolutely certain that it will be for you and no plans to send it back.

After merely asking for some help with returns i was basically advised it was up to me, asked for a return label to help with customs... nope they werent interested and thus it cost me even more to return than it would have had they given once ounce of assistance. I had planned on trying an alternative, but i wouldnt even consider dealing with them again.

I had a great experience. Customer service is 5 stars to me. The product is wonderful, but after some use it broke when I dropped my phone and the case became useless. From the moment I sent my first email requesting a replacement, everything went smoothly. Communication was always quick, and I’m very grateful for that. I needed to record my work and, even though the situation was unfortunate and frustrating at the time, I felt heard and supported regarding shipping times and the damaged case. I eventually received the replacement and now I can get back to work.

I’ve been using the Wide Lens for my iPhone 17 Pro, and I absolutely love the depth and perspective it adds to my photos. The results look so impressive that my friends often ask whether the images were actually taken by me or generated by AI!
Beyond the quality of the lens itself, I was equally impressed by SANDMARC's customer service. When I experienced an unexpected issue with my lens, their support team responded quickly and immediately offered a replacement. The entire experience was smooth, friendly, and hassle-free.
It’s rare to find a company that delivers both an outstanding product and exceptional customer service. So I’ve just ordered the Telephoto 2x lens as well—and I’m excited to see what it brings to my iPhone photography! 😊

I contacted SANDMARC recently about a product I purchased from them. I purchased a phone case a while ago, an older case. The new ones are so much better. I went through a bit of a clumsy phase and dropped it multiple times. I threw it out and contacted them about replacing it and their customer service was amazing. They replaced it for me. I intended on buying it. But they were right on it. Emails were answered quickly, not used to that with some other companies. Would highly recommend anyone doing business with them. A++ company in my eyes.

The new SANDMARC app was the final piece of the puzzle for spectacular photos. It is easy to use and understand. It offers important learning points and tips. If you have a lens, you need to try it with the app.

Great products with excellent customer focused support in case something did not went as expected.

Used to make quality products. I own many Sandmarc lenses. Recently upgraded to an iPhone 17 Pro and purchased the Sandmarc case for it. Oh boy... The threads on the case do not accommodate the full depth of threads on Sandmarc lenses, so when you screw them in, they make contact with the phone's lenses and push the whole phone out of the case. This was not an issue with the iPhone 16 Pro case I had. Also the USB port cutout is not even aligned... The quality of their products has decreased severely.

I contacted support to request a refund. They shipped a replacement with duties to be paid by me after I clearly told them I would not accept a replacement with duties unpaid twice. Now they are asking that I pay to ship the original case back with duties covered if I want a refund. I currently have a PayPal claim open against them for this.

I strongly advise against purchasing Sandmarc products.

Great customer service for a Company that really stands by their product. I had an issue with my leather watch band and the company replaced it under warranty.
Absolutely recommend.

I love the band and found out the company has great customer support and backs their product. This tells me they actually care about their customers. Rare and appreciated.

My package is currently being held by customs due to a discrepancy between the commercial invoice and the order confirmation.
I contacted support multiple times over several business days and only received a partial response. I am still waiting for clarification while additional storage fees continue to accumulate and there is a risk of the package being sent back. This has been, and still is, a very frustrating customer experience. I really can’t comprehend how an international company can leave a paying customer in this situation for so long. I would not recommend SANDMARC to anyone.

The case they provided already cracked without being subjected to any physical impact.
I came back to say that not only is the company's customer support terrible, but the product they sell is just as awful.
The Lens itself is good but without the case I can't really use it.

When I ordered my band it was out of stock, but came back in when Sandmarc said it would. Shipped out quickly and I received in two days. A good company to deal with.

Now about the band. My old watch is a titanium case and band divers watch. I appreciated it for its strength and light weight, and the ability to go through TSA without taking it off! When I ordered my new Ultra 3 watch I was suprised when it came with a rubber band. I tried a few other types of bands but always wanted a Titanium bracelet. I looked on Amazon read many reviews and decided to go with Sandmarc grade 5.

I’m delighted with this band. It was easy to adjust to my wrist and looks and wears fantastic, very secure, befitting a watch at this price point.

The quality of Sandmarc lenses are the best I’ve seen for Smartphones. The clarity and versatility are as good as you can get. And they truly push the limits of smartphone sensors.

I made an error in my order. The quality of service in correcting my error was outstanding!

Very prompt in delivery. I love my purchase. They were very accommodating when I had a problem with my order.

After i made an order and canceled after one hour still the item was sent to me but talking to Sandmarc customer service they understood and they fully refunded me and also did let me have the lens free.
That is what i call a good company to deal with.

I ordered a 2x lens magnifier in hopes it would work for my application. After buying the ProCam app and adjusting settings on that for clarity I still got sub par results. My iPhone camera has better results.

I emailed Sandmarc to initiate a return and was even considering an alternate lens to try out. But the correspondence between myself and sandmarc continued to get worse and worse.

They have the absolute worst customer service. It takes them days to send a response and in my experience they have done everything to avoid initiating a return on the product which caused me to not even want to try a new product from them much less send mine back after reading some other reviews from others.

It’s not about for the money for me anymore. I just want to make people aware of what the potential outcome may be if the product ordered doesn’t work for their specific application they most likely will not get a refund and even worse no feedback at all from the company.

I purchased the Grade 5 black watch band to go with my black Apple Watch Ultra 3. They look good together. It took me a while to get the band to fit properly on my wrist but customer support and the videos on their site were extremely helpful.
